Fast, friendly service. Very helpful and informative employees. Reasonable prices. Great place to buy fencing, small pets supplies (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.). Also has a great selection of clothing and cowboy/cowgirl boots.

I bought a zero turn toro, and after bringing it home within half hour of cutting grass the belt went bad. I called over and talked to Tina who sold me the mower earlier in the day. Although the frustration of a $4k mower immediately giving me problems had set in, Tina did her absolute best to ensure quality customer service. She quickly offered me to bring the mower back, and worked with her district manager to make sure I was being taken care of because of the trouble. I took the mower back, and got a new one from DuBois TS. I can’t say enough about how Tina handled the situation. She took a very bad situation and made it the best she could have. Thank you!

They was very good to me. I got my propane out there and there card service was not working it declined my card. So I told them I would go to sheetz to get money off card and when I got back it closed. Needless to say I could not pick up till the next day. They gave it to me for the inconveinence and I thought that was very nice of them and thank them . they are very good customer service.

Yeah 😎👍last 2 days been here both days atleast one customer was unhappy about the staff . I thought they were just being overly aggressive about nothing but today I find myself here for propane and I have to wait for 15 minutes in the hot sun so the lady can finish her break. She claims she has to wait 30 minutes after last thunder to fill my tank but i only live a mile away and know for a fact it has not rained thunder or lightning in over an hour

They treat everyone like they want them to come back, not like the other place. Buying all my supplies here now, won't buy anything from competitor. Tractor supply matches prices awesome.

The sales prices were great. We got a trailer for $200 off the price but the staff could have been more helpful considering it was our first time buying all the hitch accessories. We had to go back into the store a few times to get more items plus it seemed like the employee was too busy to go up and beyond to help us as customers.

The cashier was exceptionally lazy. I asked her about hanging clips her reply well if we have them there on the back wall. Secondly I've never had a bad exp at tractor supply till today. So, I needed horse straw bedding oh we don't carry it, I go to the back and find it. I asked to use the 10 percent off neighbors reward it expired uh no I had till the 31st that's why I shopped today. Then after loading my stuff onto cart instead of her lazy butt lifting the product up on the open cart to scan she had me lift and move them. She also sent another employee out the door 25ft away to check a price I questioned. I'm 53 yrs old and I have more ambition more stamina than she did half my age. Unremarkable. No greeting no thank you just do it yourself I'm not moving from the register.
