The man who acted in charge kept telling my wife and i to tip more and he could adjust the bill. His name was Caldwell. He took advantage of my wife and I. Do not use this company.

I was trusted by my mother to hire a reliable moving company to take care of her items as they are sentimental after just loosing my father. When I called the guy I spoke to was very nice, accommodating , helpful. I felt good going with this company. The day of the move , the movers were on time called to let us know when to expect them. They showed up very nice, got right to work and all was good. I had brought a TV box for the large 65 HD TV we had. It was heavy and I could not box it myself. They said there was no need to box the TV . Once we got to the drop off location. We were informed the TV was broken. But not to worry that we would be reimbursed for the TV as they are insured. They would be in touch with me on the next office business day. I was not , I had to call 3 times. After my 3rd call I was told they would mail me a check for $250.00 Well I don't know where to buy a 65" HD TV for that money. I am very upset with my experience and wonder if the TV was broken at all as we were not permitted to see it. I went from very impressed to very unimpressed with this company. It is a shame that companies no longer have integrity and that customers mean nothing.

The move from hell. Brought small truck which couldn’t hold all belongings after seeing all to be moved. Paid price on contract but paid more when they returned days later for second load. Foreman first told me how much tip to give him and his men. One sat in my recliner and slept. Boxes labeled room locations were thrown into garage in new house. Screws for bed were lost. Legs for chaise lounge lost. Very rude and disrespectful to me after getting tips and food at end of first day. Refused to call me back when asked for screws and other missing items.

Great company- 2 guys moved us from Scranton to Dunmore-really nice guys - estimate 2 hours & that is what it took. Guys even offered to do extra moving of my bins which I was going t o do myself.

Tony and his crew did an excellent job moving my father from PA to CO. Everyone made a personal effort to ensure everything was taken care of and placed in the best possible locations. It was challenging to choose a mover because we didn’t know who to trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys for any move big or small. I don’t have any connection to these guys other than our one move with them. But seeing how they made every effort to do a good job was very impressive and that’s why I am writing this review. Also, their price was one of the lowest we were quoted.

We found it very unprofessional that the movers directly told us what they wanted us to tip the movers in cash, “to make the guys happy.” What they requested was, quite literally, a 100% tip, in cash, on top of a card payment for the same amount. In what world do you expect a 100% tip?? To top it off, trying to get into bed that night, we discovered the supports on our bed were not even attempted to be put back together correctly, with the support legs loose and the beams not screwed down. Would like to know where all those screws went! Because they were previously in my bed frame! Same as others have mentioned, scratches on walls as well. Not pleased!

Where do I start...BNT moved us back in Oct. 2020. Crew arrived ~1.5hrs late. 5 movers showed up, if I recall there was only suppose to be 4, but it didn't matter, all the 5th person did was follow us around & talk our ears off(as if moving isn't stressful enough). Of the other 4 it appeared only 1 knew how to load the truck. Another busted hump pretty good, the last 2 - not so much...Lot of standing around watching the 1 guy pack the truck! Move took longer then expected & if something didn't fit out of the doorway, "force it" seemed to be the motto. By the end of the night it was like twisting their arms to put the stuff where we wanted it & at that point they were just putting it anywhere. Things that got damaged: 1. Wall corner on leaving old home. 2. Multiple walls/ceiling in new home. 3. Cellar stairway walls(instead of walking around the outside & coming in the walk-in basement door they thought going through the house & down was a better way). 4. Multiple pieces of furniture damaged(1 noticed after 90 days while moving a room around) - Was told sorry it's longer than 90 days, nothing we can do! The only credit we received was $300 off to cover the repair/repainting damages from the destroyed walls & we didn't get charged for the 5th person(you know, the 1 that followed us around, talked our ears off & didn't do squat). Do yourself a favor, hire a bunch of high school kids, buy a couple pizzas & have them move you... it will be less aggravation! If I could rate BNT -5 stars I would! Worst/most stressful moving company ever!!!

Big move for my husband and I. And these guys did a great job. They worked hard to get the job done. They were very responsible and professional. What a great job I cant say it enough. Thank you all so much. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving long distance. BNT you guy's are the best!!

The guys at BNT made moving so easy for me. They were easy to get in contact with and promptly answered all my questions. The guys the day of my move were polite and easy to work with as well. They got everything done quick and carefully. I will recommend BNT to anyone who needs help moving.

Absolutely wonderful service from BNT Movers!!!! When another local company failed to show and then proceeded to tell us we were never booked in the first place, BNT sent a three man crew the very next day!! They arrived promptly on time and worked with lightening speed and still took care with every piece. They moved a 3 Bedroom townhome plus basement and garage into our new home in 4.5 hrs which was less than HALF the quoted time of the company that didn’t show. They final cost was well below even what BNT quoted!!! I cannot recommend these guys enough.
