Staff is very rude here overnight parking is not available only come 2 hours before the appointment they had whole empty parking but they told me to leave the property no respect for drivers.. specially security guard’s like they are te owner of the company.. long waiting time to unloading

My husband works there as a security guard. He's on second shift. He tells me all kinds of stories and how truckers don't follow what the guards say. But if you happen to be there, there is a 2hr parking limit for those who check in. You have to be 2hrs early to be able to stay on the property or you will get told to leave. Plus you better leave because they can deny your load if they so desire to.

Not terrible, but not great. 5.5 hrs from check in to check out. About 2.5 hours on the dock. Port-a-johns for drivers.

No overnight parking prior to delivery or after, porta potty “restroom”, and long unload times. Security guards wake you up around 10pm to check your appointment time, if your appointment is for 0500 or later you’re asked to leave. Anything before that and you’re asked to check in, then move to the staging area inside. So you basically get woken up for no reason.

3 pallets, 3 hours.. it was very busy at 3am Despite what I read about no overnight parking there are 10-12 spots on the way into the yard, before the guard shack. Staging area is big and wasn’t hassled waiting out my 10 hours. Last truck stop I saw was 45 miles away but I guess there is one about 17 miles out. Photo of address in review section. Receiver did a nice job separating and reloading pallets. Thanks

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got here at 0530 for a 0600 appointment, waited in staging area for hour and half before getting dock door. Another 45 min till someone started unloading paid lumper at 0845 it’s now 1100 and still no paper work. Have to wait for someone named Allie to call that your paper work is done, she must have a hard time counting not enough fingers and toes. Avoid this place at all costs, and people in check in office are rude and have no want to to try to help you out. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like sitting and not earning money

Bad place ever they don’t worry about ur time only 3 pallets missing to complete the loaded process. They take break let me wait on the dock like nothing. 1h 30 minutes waiting just to get the 3 last pallets loaded

I delivered here for Safeway. I was happy with the delivery and unloading. My appointment was for 4.00 am, I checked in at 2.50 am and was given a door at 3.25 am and unloaded by 6.05 am with paper work in my hands. No lumper fee was charged, I guess it was prepaid. There is a parking for about 20+ trucks before you get to check in , if you are early and lucky you can park there. If you are 2 hours within your appointment time , they will check you in and send you inside to park. Good luck.😘😊👍

Be prepared to wait. Do not park along the fence security will knock on your truck. Better off trying to check in and getting pulled in the yard to park and wait. The folks in the shipping office are hit or miss, some are very kind other are ignorant. I had two of the exact same loads just 24hrs apart the first took me a total of 8 hrs to finish the other was only about half that time. This place is very unpredictable.

First time here..everything goes smoothly..close to turnpike exit 286 us 222 reading and after toll booth turn right at first street exit and dead end turn right at muddy creek rd and it’s on your left park at empty spot and walk and check in guard ..got call with in 15 mins and off loaded in 2 hours
