If I could give this wonderful mom and pop shop 100 stars, I would. First of all Lee the owner is so helpful in answering any questions you might have . I called earlier in the day looking for batteries and a charger for a camera I recently acquired. He took the time to look for each battery and when I was stuck in traffic on my way there and wouldn't make it by 5 He actually waited for me to get there and kept the store open. He didn't rush me or give me attitude for coming in at closing. He could've said "we close at 5" and that's that but he didn't and in my eyes that means more then you know and I'm positive he is like that with everyone that steps into his store. and this is why we must fight for these m&p stops. You won't get this kind of CS at any of those corporations. Oh and for those of you who like hand made jewelry, I saw a few beautiful pieces that his daughter makes and I must say they are simply stunning.

I went here yesterday for a photo enlargement from an old wallet sized photo that I have. It’s a gift for Fathers Day and I had an awful experience at the place I tried to go to before here. The gentleman that helped me was a tall, slender man, unfortunately I did not catch his name. He was very kind and even took time to interact with my daughter. He took the photo and fixed it up along with some cropping, all in about ten minutes. I was beyond thrilled with the finished product! He even decided that the coloring was a bit off and printed a new one but gave me both! I also had my image put onto a USB for future use. All of this was so affordable! The original place I went to charged three times the amount that Rutherford’s did! I will definitely be back for part two of my Father’s Day gift and for many more future projects! I am not entirely knowledgeable about camera’s or their equipment but the items that I was familiar with were more affordable that big box discount stores. I’m very happy to have found this gem!

Amazing service! I took my grandparents wedding photo that had been scratched and water stained. The results were even better than expected! They took amazing care of my photo and restored the photo to PERFECT condition. If I could I would give them more stars. I will be recommending him to EVERYONE I know.

Rutherford is a local institution. Lee is the son of the original owner from the 30s. This place is smaller than some of the big camera stores but always seem to have what I need or can get it rapidly I've grown my hobby over the years and Rutherford has helped me every step of the way. So, whether you are film or digital, need old photos restored or digitized definitely give this place a try

Rutherford’s Camera Shop offers excellent customer service. Yes, you can have passport pictures taken here. Did you know they also offer photo restoration? I have recently started going through old family photo albums. I was saddened to find several photos were fading, torn or in a bad state. Every single photo I’ve taken to Rutherford’s have been restored with rich colors and high resolution. You will not be disappointed.

Remember the great camera shops you use to go into where you got individual attention? No mega-store here. This is the one to go to to buy your equipment, get film developed, customize printing, get advice, great staff and cool atmosphere. There is a portrait studio and a nice selection of cameras in stock. This is a rare breed.
