Great selection of children's books. Helpful staff. Good magazine section for a variety of interests. I like category sections. It makes it easier to find what you're looking for.

My favorite book store! Everyone there is so helpful and very cheerful...whether I need a paperback for the beach, a best seller, a new journal, or a special gift for a fellow bibliophile they have all bases covered!

Facility itself is very clean and well organized unfortunately the checkout experience was horrible. Rhyan checked me out on 7/10. She mentioned a membership in which any book purchased would be discount. I was hesitant but she explained that I could use it on my first purchase. Overall the explanation was very vague. Once I decided to join the membership there was a charge of $25. She had an attitude when I questioned why the membership was not free because it was not explained to me properly. Overall the experience was very uncomfortable I ended up paying the $25 but canceling my membership right after the purchase. Working in retail it is your responsibility to make the customers comfortable and educated on what you are providing and/or selling.

Sometimes I’ll stop by this location to order a cold brew, chill in the reading section and catch up on current publications, magazines and new book releases. As I was sitting near the cafe, I was appalled to know that their espresso machine broke and manager had to continuously explain to inquiring customers why they couldn’t have their triple espresso drink. This place, who sells a huge amount of coffee drinks, should have more than one espresso machine on the premises for back up or a pair and a spare! I was laughing inside listening to manager tell the night barista to tell the espresso customers it was SMOKING earlier and don’t know when it’ll be repaired and back in operation? Shame on them for not thinking ahead of the faulty machine.

Our one stop for books and periodicals. We used to have a membership with discount when the kids were younger and we purchased books more often. We still support brick and mortar bookstores like this one for most paper and ink book and calendar purchases, but amazon ebooks and books are often more convenient now. We have dropped our membership and only browse periodically here now. Still five stars for the layout and convenience.
