This store is beautiful, neat and new. What precludes me from giving this store a 5-star review is the fact that they had supply chain issues before the pandemic that have been made worse with the pandemic. They can't keep anything in stock. Also, watch your dairy closely - I've been sold a gallon of milk with an expiration date that matches the day that I bought it when I noticed it when I got home. They keep the milk with later expiration dates out back. The bakery has all but given up and doesn't make any cookies anymore - their best feature that they sold in the bakery. Also, their produce section is a bit of a joke. If they have something, it can look pretty questionable in how long it might last and their selection is almost non-existent. I almost feel like they threw up their hands in defeat when it comes to produce. They excel with canned foods, packaged foods and their prices for meats of all types. Generally speaking, the quality is great and although I've been sold dairy that was on it's way out, I've never been sold meat in a similar way and that's why I keep going back. The middle section of the store used to be a real treat because you'd never know what you would find in that section, but since the pandemic began this section has for the most part been a disappointment with a lot of the same items or whole sections that were without anything. Over time this has improved. If you want to get through the place in a reasonable amount of time, learn how to scan and bag your own groceries if you haven't done so before. You're on your own with bags unless you buy them so bring your bags from home. Do be sure to visit the chocolate treats sections where a lot of European chocolates are sold for below typical market costs. If you have a sweet tooth they have some stuff for you!

I live in Upstate NY, unfortunately we do not have a Lidl here and I drive 3 hours to the closest store. I live the products and prices. Store is always clean and staff is very friendly. Maybe we can get a store closer to Upstate NY as well

One of the funnest stores to shop. So many great items, along with GREAT prices. We really enjoy seeing the new items weekly. They carry a lot of name brand as well as a lot of European ones. It's definitely worth your time!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had 2 consecutive experiences here who when the workers check me out, will not help me bag and sit there on their phone and watch me struggle as I drop the contents of my purse and no helo is offered. Instead I seemed like and inconvenience to them as they are trying to "help" the next customers. Keep in mind, there are plenty of workers walking around, but only 1 lane open when you have more than a few products. Instead of calling someone else over to help, or helping me bag, or perhaps lend a hand when I drop the contents of my purse, they will let you struggle. Both of these experiences were by 2 seperate employees, and both of them were store managers, 1 male, 1 female. Some managers they are. Tells you how they run their store. It's a shame, because their products are good (8/10) , but their services are TERRIBLE (negative 100/10). I will not be returning for a third experience that will be similar to this.

Had lots and lots of stuff at pretty good prices I definitely liked all day a little better I know they are competing stores so I just should tell you that Aldi is much more consistent with like what they have and their product so I definitely shop it Aldi over the store but the store is still very good and it's very affordable for anybody who needs to go grocery shopping especially in this time of inflation way too much on our grocery bill but shopping at lowercross towards have definitely helped me and my family!!!

Bring your own bags, but they do accept credit cards. Very nice place, will begin going regularly. I like the frozen Indian meals, they are yummy with just the right amount of spice. I take them to work and fix in the microwave for lunch.

Great supermarket with affordable prices. Always well kept and seems to be run really well. Everyone always seems really happy in there which makes me slightly uneasy but I think it’s because of the fresh delicious flakey oh so scrumptious croissants.
