Had family come from hours away for a birthday party. Called and made reservations. We got there and they had the number of people wrong. I gave the girls name who took the reservation and I was told she is not here today so it doesn’t matter. Sat down at 5:20 for our 5:30 reservation. We got ourselves extra chairs. They were so short staff it took 15 minutes to get a drink order. We didn’t mind that. At 6:30 we got our drinks. The table next to us was saying it took 2 hours to just get their appetizers and they went and complained. We went and got our own menus so when the waitress came we could order. At 6:50 we decided to leave. (90 min later) We didn’t even have our food orders taken yet. The waitress said she was just coming when we went to pay for the drinks. She didn’t charge us for the drinks and wouldn’t take the money we were leaving her If you don’t have enough help then don’t take reservations and tell people this. Sadly you ruined my moms birthday celebration.
