Marilyn Davies (furniture Consultant) was incredible. She made our shopping experience simple and easy. She walked with us around the store and made sure we were pleased once we found our dining and living room sets. We will definitely go back for our bedroom set.

Our sales rep Katia (I hope I have that right) was amazing. Caring, detailed and patient. All I could ask for. She was so kind to my elderly mother looking for a bed we decided we did not need to shop anywhere else. She is an amazing sales woman and has earned our gratitude. I can't think of shopping anywhere else.

Marilyn was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Upon walking in, she greeted us and took us to see exactly what we wanted. The selection of beds and mattresses were great. She was very patient as I walked around the selection of beds for a while deciding what to purchase. She didn’t try to up-sale or push us into buying more than we wanted. She even let us take a day to think about it before purchasing. Overall great experience and service.

Marilyn was the most wonderful salesperson I’ve ever experienced and what fantastic energy she has. She made us feel so comfortable and she graciously answered all of our questions. She was patient with us. The hospitality We received was second to none. Marilyn spent time help us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We felt like family by the time we left!!!

My fiancee and I walked into this place hoping to find a dining room set, but doubtful it would be easy. Much to our surprise, we found a set we loved and our sales rep was very helpful. They worked with us in terms of our timing (we're not yet moved into our house) and made everything super simple. We will definitely recommend this location to others, and I know we'll be back to look for additional pieces in the future.

Great staff! All around awesome atmosphere too! Chris Buddock and Rachel Lipscomb helped me out with the selection of our new sofa sets as well as taking the time to go over all the details that came with the purchase. In today’s fast paced environment it’s easy for people to miss the little stuff, but not this team, 5 star service all around!

Very professional, friendly and helpful associates. Upon arrival I met the manager, Eric. He asked an associate to help me. He said he would check in with me at the end of my visit. I described to Denise what I was interested in and she knew exactly where to find the items that matched my description. She showed several different styles and price ranges to me. As Denise and I were talking about my order, Eric came by, as he promised, to check on my progress. Denise explained that both items were in stock and how the delivery process would be handled. She escorted me to the check-out station and the purchase process was smooth, clear and quick. Denise reviewed all of the forms one more time, thanked me for my order and pointed to the front exit. As I approached the front of the showroom, Eric stopped me to also thank me for my order. In addition to the fine staff, the store was very well organized and clean.

Had a great experience with Johnny. Very informative, kind and great at explaining so much with the pieces. It was nice to walk around and get a real feel of the furniture and come back to him about what we wanted and we interested in, even if I did rearrange the dinning room area. Thanks so much for a great experience and can't wait to start using our furniture!
