The staff was helpful. This is a small location, but they fit a good amount in without cramming. I just wish Joann had better quality fabric.

The people here were so nice helpful and very knowledgeable. I decided to replace the foam and material on my dining room chairs. Their advice was invaluable. I equate going into Joanne fabrics like going to Home Depot very overwhelming. By the time I left I felt confident I could do my project. Everyone from Kayte to the person who cut my fabric to the cashier was engaging.

Excellent Customer Service! I was sent by my wife, who sews and crafts regularly, but she was unable to come in. I was seeking fabric to line drawers. I needed a specific weight, pattern and texture. I had no idea what I was doing. Immediately a very friendly salesperson greeted me, asked open-ended questions to determine my needs. She quickly, but politely made suggestions on what I needed . I was so impressed by her that I purchased double the amount I needed, because she came up with great ideas of what my wife could do with the extra material. When I got home, my wife told me it was exactly what she needed. I wish I could recall the salespersons’ name. Thank you !

This is another good place for fabrics we need pretty more often than others. Their app is pretty good for their store and could help you save if you keep an eye out. It's not blindingly bright in there- which IMO is a good thing. Only thing I could complain about is that one pattern we were trying to find that was should've grabbed but didn't. It's white and gold, like a paint splatter. If you see it... just let us know?

Store manager was very helpful. The items I was looking for were face mask. The store was out of them at that time however he explained that a truck was coming in that night gave me a number to call so I could come and get them the next day I called he he told me exactly what came in explain the different items I was happy to go and get them it was a good shopping experience would I go again definitely

Still a great place to pick up strange needles, craft supplies, etc. Order online and pick up at the store did not work! By the time my order went through the sale price no longer applied so the total cost was far more than I expected. The website says if you don't pick up your order it will automatically be put back on the shelf in a few days. But I got a phone call from the store asking if I wanted to pick up my order. I did try to call back and tell them but getting through was difficult and I didn't have the patience so they'll have to figure it out. I would definitely not order online for pick up again.
