Employees were helpful but selection was extremely limited and they didn't have my size in 3 different choices......do not waste your time here......snipes is overall azzz in my opinion.....

First time at a Snipes and was looking for shoes. Noticed upon walking in example shoes only displayed. Wanted to ask about sizes and store concept but the only two store employees I saw were preoccupied talking to each other right in front of us. Did not even try to acknowledge we were standing right there. Won’t be back to this location if Snipes at all. Don’t understand store concept since no one was willing to greet or talk to us.

The two salesmen on floor were super helpful. They greeted us as soon as we got in, asked us if we needed help and went out of there way to assist. Shows my son the scanning tool and spent time listening to what we were trying to do for the start of year with purchasing a good shoe but not wanting to splurge too much.

My wife and I bought sneakers a couple weeks ago they were 75.00 dollars she never worn them outside so the bottoms are still new. They will not give me store credit or my money back. Guy told me as long as she don’t wear them outside you can bring them back. Well that was a lie right to my face!!! I will never go to that back stabbing store again!!

If I can give this store no stars, I would. This Snipes location is the worst. This is my first time coming here and will not return.I went there today. I found the sneakers I really liked. I tried the sneakers on and I really liked. When I went to go to checkout and remind you that we had to wait in line. The cashier sold my sneakers to someone else. I was in that store for over 30 minutes. They had a lack of staff and more customers. I walked out of this store and I ordered on line and got my shoes. Please don’t not waste your time going into this store. Go to another location or order on line. This store need to close down.

The staff was attentive and friendly, had difficulty finding the size needed in the style my son wanted. The salesman went out of his way to find a suitable substitute and the sneakers were less expensive than the ones he wanted. WIN WIN!

This is cookie cutter shoe store with nothing unique to offer. Don't get me wrong once in a while you'll see a nice pair you'd possibly buy if they were a little cheaper for the fact they are plain white or black. But truthfully, I could walk through this whole store with a handful of cash ready to throw it down and walk out with nothing scratching my head why the cat in the hat Playskool sneaker store doesn't have a sign outside saying All SNEAKERS 29.99.

Bought a pair of shoes here 3 days ago. While I was trying a pair of shoes on, and I told the employee that was helping me that they felt a little tight. She assured me it was simply because they weren't worn in, and that I should try them out for a couple of days. She told me that if they didn't work out after a few days, I'd be able to return them. Three days later, I go back to return them, only to find out that they don't do refunds. Store credit is all you get when you return something. Ridiculous. I don't want store credit, I want my $80 back. Is this company seriously that insecure about their product that they won't give your money back if your unhappy with a particular item?! I will never ever be shopping with this cheap company again. Only reason it's getting one star is because I can't give them 0.
