Wife ordered a burrito bowl, never ordered lettuce with it, but half of the bowl was lettuce that seemed past it's prime. I ordered a bucket of fries, the bucket was only half full.

Today I stopped here for the first time. Ordered 4 soft pretzels. There was a slight glitz. They were still frozen solid. Lol John the manager was great. He fixed the problem no worry. Great customer service .

Food was poorly made and not how it was ordered. You can see by the pictures provided that One flatbread sandwich was made like wrap with half of the flatbread wasted, and the other made similar to how it is at every other sheetz we have ordered from, but still missing ingredients ordered. How can one not love Sheetz. It's practically a staple of everyday life. This location has proven to be just as good as the others. The largest in Huntingdon and a great location. Indoor and outdoor dining area, beer cave, ice cream, and more.

Stopped to get gas. I swiped my loyalty card at least 4 times, even asked an attendant for assistance, and still the machine kept saying "No further loyalty available" (or something like that). The attendant apologized to me, but she had no idea what was going on with the pump. So I ended up getting enough gas to get home. I'll be filling up at Sam's club. They're much better priced anyway.

Normally pretty good service, I frequently purchase my alcohal here. But tonight i was purchasing some beer and was told by the cashier after handing her my ID that I look like I'm 12. She then proceeded to stare at my ID checking it all over. I had long hair in my photo which I now do not have, and I said yeah I got a haircut because that's usually what people mention. She then says "uh-huh" in an arrogant fashion and then says "And your 22.." like she was questioning the validity of my ID. As I said I frequent this sheetz enough and everyone knows me, I don't mind showing her my ID as it's the law, but for her to speak to me like that is uncalled for and very unprofessional. I know everyone there and haven't seen her yet so she must be new. If she would just treat customers like customers and not act like everyone is underage with a fake ID and have to interrogate them then I wouldn't have to make this post. I am early 20s and do look young and am often told that. But this is the first time I have encountered someone speaking to me like this, and the fact that the beer distributor is right down the road and that I could go elsewhere for my goods isn't something in sheetz's favor.

Average Sheetz...you know what you are going to get. Plenty of parking and gas pumps, free air, lots of clean bathrooms... plus a huge selection of beverages and foods.
