Rented a 16 ft cabover with a lift gate got the job done quite the procedure took me an hour and 15 minutes to get my truck even though I had a reservation. The girl helped me was nice but didn't really seem to know what the hell she was talking about told me my truck wasn't dock height when it really was wanted to charge me extra for insurance when I showed her paperwork that I already had it so it ended up costing me an extra $60 cuz I didn't have time to argue and fight with them but I needed the truck so what am I going to do do your research before going here

The old timer at the pumps for the gas accounts is great. Very friendly and personable. The guys inside for service on the night shift are amazing and usually pretty flexible for weekend drop offs. Never anything but the best service from these guys.

Alot of junk for sale and you just stand in the parking lot hopefully you can get ahold if your sales man. Nobody on the premises are aloud to help you.

I reserved an available truck for my moving date. They called me the day before asked me if I could switch dates. I told them no because a lot of planning was involved and needed to move on this day. They told me that's fine and that a truck would be available. I show up and they didn't have a truck available.. so after all the coordinating with people helping and having work off I can't move.... unbelievable.....

Rented a 26’ truck on 6/5, had to wait close to an hour and a half for them to clean and fuel it after I was quoted 30 minutes why I was on my way there. Inconvenient because it was hot out and I just wanted to get moved but No big deal the young guy at the counter was apologetic. I ran the truck 46 miles. I returned the truck later that night after fueling it at the Sunoco in dunmore. It was returned with a full take minutes the maybe 3 miles. They have been trying to charge me for roughly 20 dollars for six gallons of fuel. The way they play around with your bank account with deposits, charges, and refunds is definitely all over the place in my opinion to try and confuse you. I called them over the denied charges as I do not keep more than a few dollars in that account at any given time unless there is a charge I know going out. I have a receipt of fuel purchase and let them know that, they cancelled their attempts of the charge for 6 gallons. I am a truck driver by trade and you can pump atleast that much if you take your time into a full tank, I feel that it was just a scam for a few bucks extra on top of the already expensive rental compared to uhaul. I will not be using them in the future.

I was in a very tough situation and needed to move out of my apartment, while in the midst of relocating 3 hours away. When I called to order the truck, Shane was very Kind and patient via telephone. Keith at the desk, was impecably kind and warm hearted and soooo patient with me. He warmed up the truck for me!!!I am so incredibly grateful for the kindess that was shown during my transaction. the rental equipment was above standard and my experience was very wonderful. I would recommend Penske Jessup location as 1st choice for any move/rental needed.

In&out 20 min 7k on brand new HINO 26 FT box truck. Top speed 66 down hill. Gut less POS. cant pass anyone. Not even a Prius. I use to think the FREIGHTLINERS were dogs until l drove this thing.
