We were greeted immediately & asked if we needed any assistance. The store looked amazing too. Very neat & tidy. All the employees were friendly & helpful. All of this, points to the fact that they must have not only good management, but also great employees. And best of all, I found exactly the type of shoe I was looking for at a reasonable price! Great job Famous Footwear!👍👍👍 I think I found my "go to" shoe store. 😁

They have such a wonderful selection of Nike, Puma, Adidas, kids shoes, cool kids character shoes (like Walmart sells), BlowFish... So many great name brands!!!

What a great experience. Always loved this store but they left Indiana & went to Johnstown. I don't get there as much. Very nice staff.

Giving this as a gift and this is how I get the boxes. Next time I will buy from goodwill bc thats how I feel when I look at these boxes. Thanks for nothing

Go here only if you are into self-service. There was an employee at the register and one putting away stock. I was looking for a men’s hiking shoe and wanted to be measured for the correct size. After looking over the display I asked for assistance. The cash register employee asked what I needed help with. (Really? This is a shoe store. I’m here to buy shoes. That’s what I need help with.) I said it’s important that I get a correct foot measurement. Apparently they can’t do that because of COVID. She then proceeds to tell me how to measure my own foot. At this point I said, “I don’t think I like this place” and left. It was my first and definitely last time there.
