The owner is very friendly and accommodating. It's a no-pressure type place, not overly crowded and has nice equipment (tools). Very clean, they explain and teach you the correct form/techniques which really makes it safe and efficient. Great experience!

I cannot express how impressed I am with CrossFit Furyan. I happened to be coming to Latrobe and emailed them as to their drop in process. Jordyn emailed me right back with details and an encouraging word to come in. Coach Andrew was amazing, providing great instruction and coaching points that allowed me to make immediate changes to my technique that improved my performance and confidence. I was so impressed, I came back the next few days. Coach/Owner Nate was insightful and motivating. Again, great coaching skills that had an impacted my performance. Lastly, I cannot say enough about the members/athletes. They made me feel like a part of the family. You don’t see that very often. Thank you all! I’ll be back. You are my “home box” away from home!
