They had the bike I wanted in stock. I called immediately when they opened and they told me it was available and that no one reserved it yet. I immediately gave them my card info to reserve it and then put in the credit app while I was still on the phone with them in a 5 minute time-frame. All was good, they wanted to know when I was coming in to pick it up. I rented the uhaul to get it the next day and before I could tell them, they texted me about an hour after I "reserved" it to tell me someone beat me to it and put in their credit app first despite the fact that I requested and gave my card to reserve the bike the minute they opened. That's just not right to do in my opinion.

Great place to deal with. I bought my first ATV there in 1999, a Blaster, and still have it today. Recently picked up a preordered UTV here, and the service is still the same, Outstanding.

A great experience! Very prompt Website response to my inquiry, I drove an hour+ to buy from as they had the exact bike I wanted, priced low enough under MSRP (and vs. another dealer) that I had no reason to haggle. The staff from Mike in Sales, Chris in the shop, to the business office were professional, smart, sharp and a pleasure. Time was tight and Mike was very responsive messaging purchase details before I got there.

Don’t do it. Drive 2 1/2 hours with a check in hand to purchase & sales people are rude and “pressed” for time. Was told that I was holding up the process because I didn’t have insurance on a motorcycle I have never even seen or sat on. Asked to have a run down of the bike and was told we do that after you buy it?! WHAT?! Mike- sales guy said he didn’t even know that he talked to me on the phone.. he talked to me 3 times that day and knew I was on my way.. again with check in hand to purchase. I am beyond frustrated with dealerships and the mindset they have. Just because you have an item that someone else doesn’t, does not give you the right to act in such a matter. What happened to dealerships staying late and caring about the customer?

I have been waiting to get my hands on a Ryker for months. Beau was great with handling everything, he stayed in contact with me through the entire process since I traveled 1.5 hours from home to make the purchase. Good experience purchasing from this dealer, everyone was very nice.

Good people with good prices ! I got my Kawasaki after I had already put money on a Yamaha & I changrd my mind for the Kawasaki they shipped my bike down from the Beaver falls store ! No problem with no set up fee & I haven't used the service department yet but I sure they good also
