Do they know what soap and Water is??? Bare hands handling food!!! Wear gloves or AT LEAST wash your hands!!!!! 🤢 i saw these people go on delivery runs, touch their dirty cellphones, take orders on the store phone, handle money and credit cards and then go straight BARE HANDS to preparing the food!!!!!! Food is ok…. freezer to table but the gross practices are a deterrent for me! INVEST IN DISPOSABLE GLOVES…. PLEASE!!! Ughhhhhh!!

Went back to the old neighborhood for taste of home was just as I remembered hopefully I will be able to find better parking next time but I doubt it most places frown upon a 73 foot long Tractor Trailer taking up like 10 parking spaces

Horrible service. Ordered a pie to be delivered in 40 minutes. An hour and a half later waiting and when I called, just got attitude and no idea of when puzza when would be here

An amazing place! Pizza is delicious! Wings are perfect and friendly staff! Never had a problem with them ever! In fact during an awful storm our usual gentleman who delivers to my dad and I apologized to us because he couldn’t get down certain roads when he had no reason to for being late, heck we were expecting a cancellation call! We love them!

I am new to Marcus took and everytime I call they never seem to answer the phone I called 22 times in a row and every time it’s a busy tone it’s like they unplug there phone close to closing time so none calls I called at 7pm on Friday 5/28. And why do they close at 8 every night? There food is good but not there pizza I ate it for the 2nd time since we moved here and the first and 2nd time it made me feel so sick but seems like there French fries are good tho. I am definitely going to stick to the place across the street from them I will never waste my money at New english again

I used to LOVE THIS PLACE! Until this quarantine happened they got worse with answering the phones, and it was already hard before. I totally get how things have changed this year, but customer service is still a thing that should occur. Tonight I placed a $60 order through Grubhub. The internet and Google says they close at 8pm, this is everywhere I could find. But my driver called me saying they closed and the door says they're closed until the 21st of December. But they never update their times and STILL allowed an order to go through their restaurant. Now we are out of $60 until the bank refunds money in about 5 business days. I cannot order from here again after this frustration. Because the order shouldn't of been able to go through. And times should reflect accurately.

The pizza I got was pretty good. My only issue is, is if you're going to have thicker crust, there needs to be a bit more sauce & cheese. It's really hard to pull off a thicker crust pizza, that's why hole in the wall joints make their pizza crusts thin and can get away with less sauce and greasy delicious cheese. I've yet to try your guy's cheese steaks but when I do and if they're good I'll drop that 5 star. As for service you guys are definitely friendly, great service! Update: I've ate here twice since my last review and the place went from a 4 to 5star. Had another pizza and it was to my liking and on the third trip we got an Italian boli. Seriously guys kudos to you all.

Thank you Paul Gallagher!! This is a big cheesesteak!! I am secure enough in my masculinity to admit that I was afraid to go inside. But Paul recommended it and I got a good parking spot. Big cheesesteak. Good roll. Meat had some flavor but was dry. I thought (hoping) they forgot the cheese. It needed a lot more cheese. Overall good experience.
