The bar tenders were very friendly, service was good. It's a real local corner bar. I am not from the area but always feel welcome when I'm there

I was in a rough spot and I ended up in the Star it has been one of the best experiences of my life ❤ it really is a small village where people look out for each other the owner his wife the bartenders and regulars are special people who have big generous hearts and take good care of their people I'm grateful 🙏 and happy and blessed to be starting a new beginning with each and everyone of them ✨ 💕 God has blessed me abundantly with favor and I'm grateful 🙏 ✨

Nice, hometown hole in the wall but that is what makes it so special. Love stopping in when I'm in town, Terry is an awesome bartender that puts her love and creativeness in every drink she makes. Will always be one of my favorites places to travel, especially when i'm feeling home sick!

The STAR HOTEL and BAR is by far the most care giving establishment I've ever had the pleasure to know! Not only are the owners have the most caring bar, and a light menu that very inexpensive! They always have a menu for every holiday for hotel guest and for that matter anyone, bye a soda, or a beer and eat.. The kindest, place East of the Mississippi!
