Welcome to the new America where businesses close a half hour early for no reason on a Saturday night. you lost like $50 in cash from me. I only go there now if I absolutely have to. They've been doing this frequently so don't even bother getting off your couch at 9pm to rush down before they close bc more than likely they're already closed.

The manager needs fired. She can't even run a store. Never has change, never has bags, never has a cart, never has baskets, can't pay with cash some days, cash only other days. 5 associates standing around by the front door with one person on register and a line to the back of the store, two outside smoking on a typical rush hour.

I went into the store to get cat food on Sunday January 2, 2022. The cashier, I wish I would have got her name. She was a young girl blasting her music, no biggie. She informed me after I was already rung up and took my money that she was out coins. So because of that she handed me my change a dollar short. I was only 14 cents short, and I got all the change in my car and was still 5 cents short. She started arguing and saying I was tweeking out and started swearing at me. She refused to refund my money the manager came out and the girl kept going on about she don't need this f'in job and that white boy need to go somewhere!!

I stopped in today 9/27/21 11am I was accused of stealing a phone charger the lady had to go back and make sure I put the phone charger back when I was buying a different one at the counter with other items and a line of people behind me I asked a young gentleman if you had a block for the wall charger he was kind enough to look for it they didn't have one but he was a really kind however the lady at the counter need some kind of training from their supervisor I feel really sorry for her I just left all my items and got to put them back I felt like she was judging me based on my race where my work clothes I don't know I'm sorry for a bad review but it hurts when you get accused of stealing when you're not a thief or for the color of your skin or whatever those that know how it feels understand

Visited here today around 6 PM. No shopping carts or baskets in sight. Ask the only cashier where to find one and seen she was on her cell phone. So, I ask again. She tells me she don't know and that I should just walk thru the store and look for one and then continues with her cell phone call. Go all thru the store and find a guy stocking shelves. Asked him for a basket or cart and he says "I don't know what to tell you cause this store only has 3 carts in it." So I go thru store and grab all my laundry detergent products and take them to the front and tell cashier I am leaving my stuff there and finishing my shopping and since there's no carts, I will just bring everything up as I shop. She is still on her cell phone and just nods to me. About 5 minutes later, I get in the checkout lane with 3 people ahead of me. As the cashier is ringing up customers, she puts her cell phone on speaker and sits it right in front of her and waits on customers while she is talking on the cell! She was still on it when it was my turn and was still talking when I left the store! Unbelievable!

I've been shopping here for 12 years. Overall the staff is nice, the store has usually got what I need, it's inexpensive, and they've always had shopping buggies. The store used to be dirty, in an "I don't get paid enough to be on my knees with a wet rag for the corners" sort of way. They've recently done a full renovation. There's less room to navigate, the trade off is more isles and more product selection.
