Good overall however over the past 3 years we have come here they have never cleaned this hanging lamp over a couple booths or anything else that would require a stool to dust higher than a shorter person's reach.

there seems to be an issue with the rapid pick up they tell people their order is ready and waiting but when you go in to grab it you have to wait another 10 minutes at the least before they even realize there is a line. this has happened the last TEN TIMES i’ve ordered rapid pick up it’s not worth to anymore seems like you’ll get your food faster if you just order it there. This is not a problem with the lack of people or being understaffed i completely understand that but don’t give yourself too little time and make people wait when it’s literally the point to walk in and grab it right then and there

It's really expensive for what you get. I meet here with a friend of mine she and her kids like it here, i dont go otherwise. For some reason the company keeps the hot beverage cups where you check in/order your food and we never realize that they have plastic cups for cold drinks. The guy behind the counter berated me for taking "the wrong cup," when I asked for a lid. I got the chicken sandwhich, it was dry with barely any flavor. The experience was none existent, except for the fact I got to see my friend and her kids.

Going downhill fast. Waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich and salad. They were out of baguettes. And now using plastic containers instead of plates. I know that prices are up, but it seemed very expensive for what you get. I could have just gone to MickeyD’s or Burger King and spent less, yet would have been more filled up. I think this was my last visit to this location.

They always out of something, I was today there like every Friday and they forgot to give me my chips and I go to ask for that and that lady was so rude...is a nice place but always out of something and sometimes I ask for eat there and they put on to go bag

Excellent Service, Excellent Food The food was hot. The only thing I have to say is people need to pack their patients and be courteous to the employees. Adults need to show their manners especially in front of young children.

The restaurant is filthy and the quality of food coming out is not acceptable. Such as, brown lettuce in salad and cold soup! The drink stations are all sticky and the counter area on the drink area is soaked with sticky soda and fountain tea’s! What a nightmare. Fully staffed and no manager, I assume because this probably wouldn’t happen at 6:45 p.m. normally.

Place a to go order in the store today. I signed up to get text notifications for when my order is ready. I got the text, went over it was not ready. Because of this I missed when it finally did come out and no one notified me so my food sat there for 15 minutes as I’m waiting around trying to figure out when my order is actually going to come out. Why send out the text when it’s not actually ready yet? It doesn’t help that at the same exact location the previous time that I ordered online and did a rapid pick up they completely missed an entire meal and I didn’t find out until I got home. I know times are tough but please do better….

Becoming my most favorite place in the North Wales to Chalfont, PA area. I pick up food here at least three times a week. I love their egg white avocado breakfast sandwich, variety of lunch sandwiches and the warm soups. Best thing is they are always on time! Love this place :)
