Jim & Brenda were extremely welcoming and kind throughout the whole process. I called and spoke on the phone with Jim before I came to test drive, I'm young and I was very nervous to be buying a car on a lot for the first time! As soon as I got to Rt 8 I looked at my 2013 Ford Escape, Jim met me outside and was very kind and explained a few things about the car, he let me test drive it and when I came back he went over more details of the car, cracking a few jokes along the way (which made me feel more comfortable, almost like we were friends). When I went inside I met Brenda, a very sweet women who also cracked a few jokes which helped lessen my nerves. When I was signing papers, Jim went through everything in detail and made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed. Buying a car from Rt 8 Auto is like buying a car from a family, I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone!!
