I like this turkey hill for the most part but they aggravated me so bad last night. They decided that they were closing 10 mins early and that they were going to lock the door on me as I'm coming up to the store. If your hours are until midnight, close at midnight. If your closing at 11:50, dont advertise midnight. I had to drive to Scranton to find an open gas station when I had plenty of time and could have been in and out had they not locked the doors in my face ten mins early.

Rachel is always kind and does great work. I noticed she hasn’t been there as much. Should probably stop cutting her hours (assuming that’s what’s going on) and let her work!

I Absolutely LOVE this Turkey Hill way better than any other Turkey Hill around this area! Always have friendly staff and their shelves are always neat and tidy! From gas and cigarettes, to beverages and snacks; they have it all!

Stopped here about 10:20pm to get some gasoline and a cup of coffee. The older man at the counter had a problem with me taste testing the different varieties of drip coffee available, even though I was going to purchase a cup. I take about a teaspoons worth of coffee from each coffee maker to see which one of them I like most before I fill the entire cup with a coffee that might not taste as good as another, and he comes over all irritated like, “you’re just going to drink all the coffees? Do you plan on paying for that?” I mean, come on... Doesn’t it get dumped at certain intervals anyway? Anyway, I then mentioned that I planned on purchasing the coffee and was seeing which one I would most enjoy because they all had distinct tastes, it easily could’ve been left at that. But he had to take it several steps further and mention that “they all taste the same” and how “taste testing isn’t necessary”. Really dude? Then why do they all have different labels? I understand that it’s a convenience market and he probably sees a fair amount of theft/dishonesty so I’m not expecting ‘high quality customer service’, but that doesn’t mean you have to be a total jerk about something so petty :/ I’m not a thief, not cool to treat me like one

Just went there and had to pay with change and the manager got mad and was very rude because the line got backed up. He proceeds to tell me to get out of his store and curse at me. Completely disrespectful.

Possibly left my wallet there. Tried calling 9 times and noone answered the phone. You people really should answer your phone once in awhile. I had to drive 45 minutes back to that store. Just to see if I did or did not leave my wallet. Very unprofessional store

Every time I'm here the cashiers are always rude. I'm very pleasant to them but they treat me like I'm being a nuisance and speak to me in a very rude way. I work in retail and I'm never rude to somebody who doesn't deserve it. It's not hard to be nice to people!

The cashier's at this Old Forge store are rude, ignore you, act like you are a bother to them. I had my family that was here visiting from Florida they were like wow I hope all of Old Forge isn't like this. I never go to this store anymore even though I live in Old Forge. I go to Taylor most of the time on Keyser Ave. They are great there. As soon as you walk in they say Hi, or Hi welcome to turkey hill and are so nice when checking you out they say hi again ask how you are and to have a good day when they hand you your receipt. The Old Forge store can learn a thing or two from the Taylor store.

Not a bad place. Wish they had more pumps as they're always full. Prices are the same as every other turkey hill. People that work here are... Interesting. Good and convenient location.
