Brought my car in for routine service and the mechanics recommended some services that I knew would be coming up. Able to do that day. Such an easy transaction......until the drive home. My car and a hidden rock [that had finally dislodged] had different ideas. The staff at Joe Davis had me turn back around and they tried to figure out the issue, never giving up. Gave me a loaner and they kept working the next day as well. Finally found that rock that was causing such a ruckus. So appreciate everyone going out of their way to make sure my car was safe to drive. Sure they were frustrated, but they never showed me. Class acts. Wow. What can I say? The crew at Joe Davis Autosport are on a different level than any shop I've ever taken my car to before. My BMW broke down, so I was desperate to get it back running and nervous that cost would be crazy expensive. They were able to take my car right away and fixed everything for 1/4 the price I thought it would cost. The only issue I have is that everyone there is so cool that I spend too much time just hanging out and chatting with my new friends. Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Sent my 02' Saab 93 here to get looked over and recommendations on. They were 100% honest and professional. They took photos of what they found and sent them through a text thread which made it super simple to look at what there diagnosis was. Great staff and great service. Highly recommend if you have a foreign car especially a Saab if you want it looked at/repaired.

Joe Davis Autosport was recommended by both the used car dealer we recently bought a car from as well as some friends. My daughter’s Mini kept having a check engine light come on. We had it to another garage who claimed to have fixed the problem. They did not. So we decided to give Joe Davis a shot. We were very impressed with the text link to a technician overview of the diagnostic. When I called to discuss the issues, I was greeted by Evan, who has the most soothing voice, and he went over each problem found and explained what was happening, how to fix it and how much it would cost. I brought my 2018 Volvo XC90 in for back brake and rotor replacement (almost emergency situation!). This was my first to taking my vehicle to Joe’s as I normally would go to the dealership but couldn’t get in soon enough. Evan was beyond pleasant and got my Volvo same day. Evan kept me informed along the way, sent me a detailed inspection report, and there was zero pressure to perform any additional services. I was able to pick my car up that evening and price was completely reasonable (much better than dealership!). I will definitely be bringing my Volvo back to Joe Davis for future service. This is the second time I have used them and I could not be more pleased. Evan was very professional, congenial and friendly. They are efficient and very reasonably priced. I have a BMW and am never quite sure what the bill will be when I use the dealership to have my car serviced. It's rare you come across an auto shop where you don't get that greasy, slimy, "am I being taken advantage of?"-feeling, when something goes wrong with your car. I trust Evan and his crew with my Audi, 100%. I've got a problem child of a car to say the least, high maintenance, but a blast to drive. Throughout the couple of issues I've had over the last few months, the team at Joe Davis has not only provided truly top-notch customer service, but have gone above and beyond to explain every step of the process while documenting and messaging me with reports that include photos. Maybe this is common-place and I've just had a bad run with shady mechanics in the past, but aside from taking it to the dealer, no one else will ever be touching my car again besides the team at Joe Davis.
