I just wanted to post a review because, I’m very disappointed of the service I just got. I’ve always ordered my food from here because I feel as though it’s the best place around my area. But, the service that I just got on the phone just now is unexpected I’m not sure if she was new but I just simply asked about delivery service and I wasn’t understanding why they didn’t offer service when I live so close and she basically gave me a little smart remark and said she lives in my area and it is far then hung up! “That’s not, how customers should be getting talked to at all whenever it’s just general conversation and a question at that.” Please, make things right with whoever the girl is that answering the phone I wouldn’t want your company to get any bad reviews. & I’m sorry for having to do this because I do love this place but I’m very upset and it made me not want to order today and I’m upset! Have a blessed day!

Hands down the best fried rice in Pittsburgh. It’s so flavorful and my favorite! I always get it when I work in the south hills. I wish they had a restaurant in the north hills! Not sure what the negative reviews are about... If you ordered through door dash and they messed up, that’s on door dash. The woman on the phone is always nice to me and I literally look forward to speaking with her. She always remembers me and asks how I am doing. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I don’t believe half the negative reviews on here...

Tried to order delivery on a night I wasn't feeling well. I ordered through the Google Eats service. Tip was automatically calculated at checkout. Amazing Wok canceled my order and told Google it was because I didn't tip (?), the Google employee who emailed me said "they were rude about it", and I feel like if you are rude to the Google employee so much that they want to pass that on in an email, that's pretty above and beyond. They also said no one wanted to deliver to my address but I had never ordered from Amazing Wok before and it's not far away. I know a lot of people are also tipping in cash in person because of the pandemic so I would recommend not wasting your time on people who don't want business.

My go-to for takeout. Awesome food, huge portions. I've brought several friends here, and we've never been disappointed with anything, just a great, solid place!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the customer service. Everytime I call the woman on the phone is pleasant. Once, they forgot a wonton soup on one of my takeout orders, no big deal. The next time we ordered, a few weeks later, they included an extra soup to make up for it, without us even mentioning it. The daughter drives delivery sometimes and is always polite and friendly. We will continue to use Amazing Wok as our go-to Chinese place.
