Stopped here for spirits for guests on NYE..packed but the employees moved things right along..funny how when u pay ur people right and take care of them, they will actually work for you..imagine that?!

I rate this place a 4 due to the variety, organization, cleanliness of store and description they offer for some of the wine. The lack of knowledge of the staff and the vibe of some of the female employees there is what makes me want to rate it a 3.

My gratitude isn't enough because I didn't patronize their store. I went to Dollar store for a 3 yr olds birthday party. We were rushing, I put both credit/debit cards in shopping basket and some fell out in front of Fine wines. They contacted me thru social media&are presently holding in their lockbox. Their Honesty and integrity saved me great loss and headache. There are good folks still alive! ❤️ Thanx Jessica, Alex and Ryan! You have your reward ❤️ God's rule.

The Manager Nicole is very nasty and rude she could’ve explained the issue that we faced when we were there politely but instead she called security to stand at the door and just look at us and had an attitude. But it’s okay cause I went to another store and spent my $260 and was very pleased with the customer service.
