I swing through this particular Dunkin every morning on my way to work. The morning staff members are always motivated, and enthusiastic! Today Torie and Jess noticed my breakfast sandwich sat for a little and instead of serving me a cold sandwich they quickly came to action and made me a fresh one as soon as I pulled up to the window! Great customer service ladies, this is why I come to your store!

Went to this location at 6:30 in the afternoon and they close at 9. I ordered a grilled cheese on the app and when I got to the store was told they have already shut the ovens down to clean. Which last time I checked you don't do that until you close. Poor customer service worst dunkin ever

Somerset Dunkin' has got it going on! The staff was so friendly, the good was great, and my iced coffee was perfection. They put our two donuts in the munchkin box and not only was it cute it was nice to not have them thrown in a bag. Thank you!!!

Terrible service! The donuts looked amazing, but there was no one up front (we heard lots of voices in the back though) We were in the lobby for almost 10 min. We all used the bathroom. Decided which donuts we wanted. Rang the bell for service several times. Peeked around the counter and saw 4 young ladies and kindly said “helllloooooo?” No one even looked up! One girl in her phone, computer, one flirting with a gentleman in the drive through window and making small talk about her future plans (which we heard clearly). We waited a while longer and then decided to just leave. As I was by the door, one girl came up and said “sorry we were busy in the back”. We said never mind, we need to get back on the road. I didn’t see any customers in line for drive through but I didn’t get a good view. Ugh! What a waste of time - we’ll except for the bathroom. Which was not clean. 🤷🏻♀️

Donuts were great but the music turned up as loud as a night club playing Niki Minaj unedited which was very inappropriate for my child to be hearing while looking at us laughing.

Got Iced coffees Saturday, June 4th, and the girl on the speaker was just so sweet and helpful and fun. I joke around and she jumped right on in there... I can't think of her name now...Courtney? I know there were two girls with the same name. Anyway, she was great, cheerful, and quick. Love Dunkin!

Parking and building access was a little confusing at first (probably just my bad, but when turing in before getting on the turnpike that looks like a tiny lot, but I guess you can park on the other side too? I just parked on the edge of the McDonald's lot and walked over instead) But my drink order was made correctly, quickly, and the staff member I interacted with was nice. Also the bathroom was nice and clean, which is appreciated.

I love me some Dunkin. I always go and get a frozen caramel coffee on Mondays when I have a doctor's appointment in Greensburg. I get two shots of espresso in it and wakes me right up. LOL however the service is usually always good and whatever we order.

Best Dunkin I remember. Even in early evening, they still had doughnuts and fresh-tasting coffee. Fast and friendly service.

I asked for an OATmilk latte and they gave me regular milk… I didn’t realize until halfway done with the drink when I needed to vomit. I said it loud and clear; medium hot OATmilk latte with coconut pumps… make sure next time to double check on the milk your costumers want. I could have cagar mis chonies because of you.
