Burke's is the best Ace Home Center. You can always find what you need, and there is always a friendly employee willing to help if you need it. Highly recommended!

I stopped here to buy four planks to build a work bench. After waiting for the cashier and manager to finish their lengthy conversation at the register, I was rewarded with the cashier not knowing how to ring up what I asked for. I was charged for treated lumber which I did not ask for. I was then sent to the customer service desk where a paper was filled out to take back to the register. The cashier could no longer help me at that point and I was sent across the store to a 3rd register. After all this, the untreated lumber was rung up at 3 dollars more than the treated lumber. ?? The credit card pad would not work to complete the sale, so I waited for that to be re booted. 45 minutes to buy 4 eight foot two by tens at a cost of $65.00. I will never step foot in this store again. ** Update. It has been a while now since my visit, but others in the area report not much improvement has occurred.

This place is huge. They offer more than those other 2 big name hardware stores. The aisles seem crapped, they just have so much stuff. Very nice staff. Enjoyed my shopping experience here.

Burkes Ace is great!!! Yes there are a couple grouchy people but it's the best Ace around cause they stock nearly everything one would need for their home and they have quick affordable delivery!!! Their are a few really nice people that work there too! Thanks Burkes Ace!

Great selection of items. Love their many colors available at the store of kitchen aid mixer saved me a ton of shipping cost being able to buy in person on site. One day I'll get the red one for my kitchen rather than gift for someone else. Look at it every time I go in :)

Phenomenal customer service. The employees really know their stuff and what's available in the store. Prices on some things are significantly lower than the big box stores. Will certainly be back.

Very unhappy with staff. Strict notices on door say masks required by law. Whether or no you agree is irrelevant at this point. I asked 4 employees and they gave me a dumbfounded look. The girl at the counter told me that they were not required to wear one. EXCUSE ME??? Are they exempt? The other three tried to make excuses about medical issues, but it was obvious, they were trying to make excuses as to why NONE of them had masks on. I don't care if they aren't worried about catching COVID, but they adsokutely could pass it to someone else. NOT GOOD. NO REASON AND NO EXCUSE FOR IGNORING REQUIREMENT POSTED ALL OVER THEIR DOORS INCLUDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THIS CASHIER. I would not recommend this place.
