Help takes too long when patients need help.

During my stay here, all the nurses and staff where very helpful and friendly to me. I enjoyed playing Bingo and games activities provided. I also enjoyed the times we where able to go outside. The therapy department was very helpful and friendly during my stay here. I would recommend staying here to someone looking for a nursing facility.

The skilled care here is fine. They seem kind and are attentive to the medical needs of the residents. The food is horrible and regularly inedible. I don't know where the issue is but this needs fixed as malnutrition is neglect.

I think it's great here. The food is good, and I really like the activities. I volunteered here for years and found a home.

No longer a nursing home. Rehab home.

This was my first experience with a nursing home - my Dad was admitted due to a severe and, eventually, fatal case of pancreatitis. At first glance I wasn't overly impressed with the look of the place - it looked institutional and cold. However, it was clean and my Dad's room was good sized. The staff was very good and attentive - when he rang the bell, they showed up. They didn't seem to lack any equipment either. The staff seemed caring - just as much as the Ephrata Hosptial, where he came from. After he passed away, the staff was obviously upset and cared - it was genuine too - not fake. I am thankful for the caring and attentive staff.

Simply put: hell hole. All administration needs to be cleaned out. This is by far the worst nursing home I have ever had the displeasure to see. 95% of the staff does not give a lick about the residents, they simply are there to get a paycheck. This place needs a serious employee makeover from nursing to therapy. If anyone you know is living in this establishment for nursing care, or rehabilitation, i have one tip of advice: take them somewhere else.
