Always well stocked and very friendly. I find things here u don't at the other five below stores. They have a larger fidget area and works out area. Very small anime but none the less they have one. They really have a little of this and a little of that.

This five below has more up to date items. They have so much of a selection at a great price. You may go in the store looking for 1 thing, but come out with 10. The staff are nice and will to help you. The only thing that stinks is the self checkouts. They have 1 cashier to help you with the self checkouts. They want you to only use the self checkouts if possible.

These employees that were here are so very helpful. They even know where everything is. Wish I knew other people like that (my wife) cough cough. Seriously these employees are so very helpful and kind they should be management ......

This place is fun, good vibes. Lots of accessories good place to shop for gifts. Only thing that is a snag is there are kiosks for you to self check out. Thumbs down..The one sales rep. came over and she did come check us out.

Nice store but the employees are very rude. They try and force you to do self checkout and give you a snobby face when you want them to check you out instead. I do not like self check outs. They aren’t paying me to work there or giving me a discount so why would I want to check myself out? They literally just stand there all day and don’t really do real work. It’s sad. The girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her to scan my items, like she’s supposed to do, at the job she was hired for. Think I’ll just take my business back to the one in Wyomissing instead since this new one that was built is absolutely useless and pointless. What a huge disappointment !!!!!!! Never again will I come here.
