Had a major kerfuffle on my Silverado. Ripped a hole in the oil pan, lost the oil with the engine running. Had it towed to Andy's and he checked it out, dropping the main bearing caps and inspecting the bearings to see if they were damaged. Even though he was super busy, he had the job done in less than three days. I can not say enough about the courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail this man has for his work. My next repair job, whatever it may be, IS going to be with Andy. Service: Engine repair

They fit me in when I was stuck in a real pinch and did a great job on the repairs and were incredibly quick with the work and friendly over the phone and in person. My issue was that when it came time to settle the bill there were some charges that I felt I should've been run by me. I went in for brake work and ended up charged for an oil change and new wiper blades that I hadn't asked for and would have declined if asked.

If you want to know the meaning of trust in your mechanic, go to this place. I have been to several shops in KSQ and this by far the best one. Andy came highly recommended. He is as honest as they get, his knowledge and high quality work attribute to this shops success. Andy and his staff are polite, caring, and interested in doing the job right rather than selling you work you don't need. I have taken all my cars to him, including my beloved Miata. He took great time and care to make sure that my little toy was ready for the fun ahead. Not only that, but after purchasing my SUV I brought it to Andy for a once over and he took care of me right away(due to my 5 day return warranty). His reputation truly precedes him, this place is the best. Andy is always in the shop working on a car or conversing with a customer. He is a hands on owner that takes pride in delivering high quality and honest work. I wouldn't recommend any other place than this one.
