Why is it every time I order something that needs a fork through drive thru I never get a fork and I have to walk in and get one. Honestly this isn’t the first time this Sheetz has forgotten something. Honestly I’m tired of it.

I get hotdogs from here often. If you pay for a whole piece of cheese you should get a full piece of cheese. .40 cents per hotdog. So alt the end of the day one piece of cheese is worth almost as much as 2 hotdogs....

I’m not sure if I’ve ever been through the drive thru and NOT witnessed someone pulling out for how slowly they move. I will literally order a shake, just a shake, get to the window, and proceed to sit there for 5 minutes while they make it. I’ve worked fast food, it does not take that long to make a shake. Let alone I’d have usually been in line for 30+ minutes prior to reaching the window.

Got a work named Paula that works at sheetz on 51 in Uniontown. She thinks she's aloud to yell and attack 13 yr old girls. Not to mention her slapping the counter at them. I spend a lot of money there weekly but I assure you after tonight I will not spend another dime there. Sheetz get your employees under control. When mama went in and called her out on her nonsense it was funny how she wasn't so bad anymore. If I was you guys go to sheetz on RT 40. You will have better customer service

At this Sheetz, I bought several bottled beverages for my road trip. Multiple cashiers were available, so I had no wait at all to check out. The cashier was nice. Prices were reasonable. Sheetz also has made-to-order food, coffee, and a gas station.

I order on the app and can’t say how many times I go to pick up the order only to find out that it is behind the counter sitting in a bag. I don’t think I have ever came in to find it in the mobile order pick up bin. Then I have to flag somebody down to give me the bag. I order on the app often and this is my routine. The reason I am writing a review this morning is because I paid over $10 for a salad and the container is about 1/3 full. 75% of the time the salads are ok but this time it was awful. Not sure how else to provide feedback so I went this route.

I have never had worse service. I waited in their drive-thru for 20 minutes for some food I ended up pulling out. They have people waiting for a half hour for their food if I took as long as they did to push food out where I work I wouldn't have a job

I would give this Sheetz a 5 if the drive thru touch screens worked properly. When you try to order food the computer hangs and will not move. You can’t go backwards or forwards or even cancel your order. Yesterday was the third time I gave up and left. I wasn’t ordering anything complicated so it shouldn’t be this difficult. I may as well save time and go to Sonic in the first place.
