Almost no one that works in this place wears masks or practices the right COVID-19 safety precautions. If you don’t want to catch something then don’t shop here . They don’t clean the trucks down for the drivers and even lied to me personally about being exposed to the virus by someone that worked there for 2 days.

The stores a mess, the price labels dont match the selling price. and the employees working the counter are rude and inattentive. Especially the supposed "manager" they have working there. I waited a full 15 minutes in line while the "manager" was on her personal cellphone and the other guy on the counter was just having a conversation. I typically go to the NAPA in Seekonk, which has much better customer service. So it seems I will continue to buy my parts there even though this store is so much closer.

Guy at the counter tried to charge me $21.00 for a quart of liquid moly 5w-40. I explained to him that I paid $8.85 last time. His response was "No." Didn't make an effort to double check the price. Called Napa in East Providence and their price is $8.85. Nothing worse than poor customer service. I'll order my oil online going forward. 0 stars if it let me.
