The staff behind the counter were great. A napkin and my sandwich were placed in a bag. Then the manager on duty came out and said she would deal with my payment. She rings me up and then reaches in my bag, and rewraps my sandwich(?), I saw her wipe her hands on a napkin that I thought was an extra one she grabbed. I realized after I left that no, she had taken the napkin out of my bag and crumpled it up and tossed it before handing the bag to me, plus she wasnt wearing gloves when she did it. Why any of that was necessary was beyond me.

This receipt seemed pretty clear to me. When I entered the store to pick up my order, The Sandwich artist asked me if I wanted dressing and I said that being that my order was chicken bacon ranch I thought that the ranch dressing came with it and she said oh sometimes online orders are confusing. Then she said oh I'll put some bacon on there, I didn't know. Again, it's pretty clear on the receipt and also it is a chicken BACON ranch. I paid for extra bacon, she put that on there. She then asked me if there was cheese on it and I said yes I paid for extra cheese, again.. pretty clear on the receipt. As she was filling up the dressing cups I thought the dressing look a little dark. She said she was going to give me ranch. Turns out it was parmesan peppercorn, or something similar.

Customer service was terrible!!!! Zoe was rude and disrespectful. Took the bread and flattened itout to the point that it may as well have been a panini. Asked for another loaf of bread and she grabbed that and squeezed it like a ketchup bottle. THEN, after we asked for her name, which she reluctantly gave, she basically threw the sub at us and said "have a nice day!" Yeah right. Won't be going there cuz of Zoe alone. Horrible attitude. Other than that, the other two employees seemed ok. Respect training needs to be had. Also, they are extremely skimpy on the meat.

This was my second visit, I gave them a pass on my first visit because there was a very tense situation with a customer trying to cancel and then demanding their $300 order be remade "Fresh". 3 people in line before me, it took 16 minutes from door to register. With only 30 minutes for lunch, this can no longer be on my list.

Worst Staff at any Subway I have ever been to!!! They were Very Rude to me and I decided to leave and take business elsewhere, as I was not going to be direspected by the staff. I had a request for a different sandwich after I was informed they had run out of a certain ingredient. While making the new sandwich the lady became very defensive about it (probably because she was supposed to order said ingredient) when I told her that she was being a bit ridiculous. She and another employee had yelled at me that I was being ridiculous with my request when i decided to leave! Customer is always right!

Horrible food and staff! Kids working there know nothing of food safety! Need i say more? Unprofessional children! Friends and staff not working just walk behind the counter and help them selves to food and snacks and leave. No handwashing at all! On there phones leaning over open uncovered food. Also most of the food on the menu you can't order cause the owner doesn't actually order anything. And the kids only want to make you what they want not what your order. Over all very disgusting and will never go back to this subway in the north Kingstown walmart. I want to be specific so everyone knows to stay away. For your safety and the safety of your family do not eat here!

The restaurant is clean and food is fine, but the owner of this place needs some customer service training. He, his wife and 2 kids were staffing the place. There was no, "Hi, how can i help you?" It was "What do you want?" Then it was a young kid cashing us out.
