Referred to Rick Oman by Aaron Gauthier of HENRY's Tire, Fall River, MA well over 14 years ago. Rick has helped me many times with my vehicles with EXCELLENT results. Just recently Rick gave my 2002 PONTIAC Grand Prix GTP a face lift by preparing hood, front fenders, front bumper, and both exterior side view mirrors. Refinished all body areas with 3 coats of primer, paint, & 4 coats of clear. Rick always GIVES more VALUE $$$ than what he charges. another EXCELLENT Job !!!! Car 20 years old LOOKS NEW. Very friendly, when I called they gave me every bit of information I needed to get my car out after it had been towed. Honestly not a bad price, I got my car out the day after it was towed and was charged for one day. Once I got there, I paid my dues, and got my keys. Very quick and easy even if it's usually not a great reason that you have to visit, they made it as simple and painless as possible. And they also took the time to explain to me that of course when you get your car towed by the cops and they search it, they usually make a mess of the entire car, (which they did), and this is not the fault of the tow company, as theynnever even go inside the car, only to move it on and off the tow truck. So I'd like to say that tow companies really shouldn't get the backlash that they do get sometimes for stuff being messed up or even broken, if your car was subject to search by the cops in whatever situation. So thank you for that!

My vehicle was towed by this company they were informed by police I had very expensive tropical fish and baby bunnies w their mother in the car however I was taken away by an ambulance & the cops told them about the live animals in my car. They left them in the car in January to freeze to death overnight, never called anyone for any kind of assistance in caring for these creatures. Took the mother rabbit away & to a shelter from her newborn litter & allowed the baby bunnies to die. Had my dog been in the car would they have allowed him to freeze/starve to death?! MOST LIKELY! If I could leave negative 100 thousand stars I would! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR ANY ANIMAL LIFE!!! ANIMAL ABUSERS!

This place is great. Everyone else wanted high prices and 2 weeks to fix my car. R&A gave me best price and had car done in a week. Car looks amazing. Very friendly people, highly recommend if you need auto body work.
