After our Acura SUV was rear ended, I was referred to Kelly Paint and Body by the insurance company. From my first call to Kelly’s, till I picked it up with repairs completed, every aspect of the service was excellent. A+ rating. Highlights: Estimating of time and $$ was spot on, with the exception that the work was completed EARLY. Office staff were friendly and professional, and communicated every few days to advise us when the car would be ready. The work was excellent, and my 8-year old car runs and looks brand new again. So , I went to Kelly Auto Body in Aiken , got an estimate and an appointment . I made it back on time and handed over my keys 🔑. Five days , as promised , the work was completed . Kelly’s did a fantastic job! They kept in touch throughout the entire process. I never had to question how long the repairs would take or what was going on, the friendly and helpful staff always reached out to me first. The morning that I was to drop off my car for repair, my battery died. I brought my car to them with a dead battery and they were kind enough to attempt to charge my battery while my vehicle was repaired. When my battery needed replacement, they promptly reached out to let me know and offered to replace it. They were upfront about the cost of battery replacement, so there were no surprises. Had to replace passenger fender on my 2014 red Mustang. The paint was matched perfectly. Vehicle was restored to new condition. They noticed damage to the wheel which are discontinued. Very pleased they were able to find the only one available in the U.S Everyone was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress. Everything went very smoothly . I was in an accident in my new SUV and brought it to Kelly's for repair. They had to fix all the damage to the driver's side as well as repair the front suspension. They made it look and drive like brand new again! They kept texting me every couple of days to update the progress. The repair process was so smooth on their end! My fiancé hit a animal that ran out in front of him that caused damaged to our Dodge Journey. KPB did an awesome job with the fix in February and the process was smooth. Our insurance did most of the work and we just showed up for our scheduled appointment. Once we dropped the car off we were picked up for our rental which was also a breeze. It took a full week to get everything done but KPB kept us informed on what was going on. I was truly pleased of the work that was done. After a month we haven’t had any issues.

While I didn’t actually receive services from Kelly Paint and Body I will be sure to take any future work to them. After being told my car was a total loss, I started calling local repair shops to see if I could get someone to do the repair work for a salvage title. Cal did a phenomenal job of explaining to me the extent of damage to my vehicle and the safety risk to myself and my family of repair. He clearly understands his job and was able to see additional scopes of work and several red flags from reviewing the quote of another shop. His complete and honest answer helped us make the decision not to repair our beloved car. Can’t thank him and Kelly Paint and Body enough for their insight.
