I was looking for something outside my box a bit so I dropped in for dinner. They have a very varied menu, including seafood, sandwiches and burgers but I wanted soul food and something I've never had before. I settled on their ox tails dinner. It was wonderful, fall off the bone beef with a unique seasoning served over rice with a perfectly cooked baked potato (very rare find). They also have a full bar and a recreation area with games, pool and ping pong. The staff was great, service was excellent.

Great customer service. On another note the food was not great at all. The burger had zero flavor. I ordered lemon pepper wings & they were extremely salty,I couldn't even finish 1. There was also mold on my hamburger bun. The Mac and cheese & cabbage not good,would not recommend. The cornbread & oxtails were ok. The fountain drink was the only thing I enjoyed.

Took my wife for her birthday, was not disappointed! Her low country boil was on point, plus she had 2 raspberry margaritas (which she finished both!). I had teriyaki wings, and they were amazing! We've been there 3 times now and every visit was great! Everyone was so friendly and the food is top notch! Thanks for making my wife's birthday memorable!

I simply love this restaurant! My friends, family and I have been going there for over 4 years. However, our visits were interrupted by the onset of the pandemic. I love seafood and this is the place for it! When people in Screven County ask me about a place to go for a delicious meal, whether it's seafood or other menu items, I immediately tell them about Barnwell Caribbean. The style is ultra casual, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the prices are great. No need to dress up for your visit, but I did the last time I was there, because it was my cousin's birthday celebration meal. Yay!

Let me just start with the fact that everything on the menu sounds good! However, I ordered a loaded potato with five wings and it was Delicious! The loaded potato was a pretty nice size. I was sure that after eating it, I had to be full. The Honey hot wings were cooked just right and sauced to perfection! The service was great! We ordered our food and the wait time was pretty reasonable considering what we ordered. Everything was Hot and fresh! The atmosphere is pretty chill laid back. Definitely a must a try if your in the area. I will be going back soon myself!

Wow!!! I’m so glad we stopped for lunch on our way to Aiken. I had the pork chop and my wife had the jerk chicken, both were over the top delicious.

45 minute drive, worth every mile! The staff is very friendly and made you feel right at home. We had the large crab leg clusters, excellent! Ask Miss Lorraine for a bib. (I didn't, i will next time lol) The fried oysters are the best we've ever had, so fresh and crispy, you don't want to miss that! Top it off with a mixed drink and you'll be back. Well worth the drive from Bamberg. See you there!

My grandma took me here after raving about their seafood boil and boy it did not disappoint! We drove an hour there and back and I would do it over again. We ordered the seafood boil and an extra plate of 2 crab claws. I think we ended up getting extra crab claws or something because we had so much food!! These were seriously the best crab claws I had ever had. The meat came so cleanly out of the shell and the flavor was immaculate. Other than that the service was great and everyone was so friendly!

We had a large crowd (about 40) they were a little understaffed when we arrived but did a great job of getting us served with limited staff. Food was amazing. Fried fish, shrimp boil, shrimp Alfredo, really good. Wings are amazing. Staff was awesome. Good people.
