We have relocated 3 times within the last 16 years. This was the worst experience yet. They took items apart that didn’t need to be taken apart. Such as my treadmill and inversion table. We found parts in various boxes with no relation to the items they were packed with. I found miscellaneous tools packed in with my towels. They were a day late showing up because of truck problems, so they tried turn a 2 day pack and load into 1 day. Then they just left without notice! No final walk through. No one came to put things back together. I am disgusted and would never use this company again. Total nightmare! I would have rather packed myself. Probably will if we ever relocate again. Services: Oversized-item moving, Moving-related packing

When my move was delayed, Julie was quick to help me come up with a solution to store my belongings until I ready for them. Lauryn handled the billing and all of the changes quickly and was also a pleasure to work with. All of the gentleman who loaded and unloaded the truck were the best. Each had an amazing work ethic and handled everything with care. It was impressive to see really great team work and I was glad to see Herb and Mark from the load pull up on the truck to unload because I knew they were great. They never once complained even though they were having to work a holiday weekend. Last, Bert, the owner, was so kind and patient working out a time for the delivery during an exceptionally busy moving period. The entire team made this part of my very stressful move easy. Every single item in our 4500 sq ft house was carefully packed by kind and professional people. Furniture was extensively wrapped and carefully loaded. This company was hired to pack our move. Everything except 2 items arrived at our new location in one piece so this is why this rating is 3 stars not less. This was a PCS move and this isn't our first rodeo so we are well aware of what paperwork and responsibilities the Packers are supposed to do. This company refused to do the high value inventory with us even though we asked about 20 times. With our type of move we we're supposed to do a walk through up front to discuss. At the end they took A "guess" as to what boxes the items I told them that needed to be marked were in and wrote it in our sheet since we refused to sign otherwise. Almost all boxes were marked incorrectly or vaguely. They mixed rooms in many boxes and literally threw away and refused to pack my personal boxes. The Packers told us we were responsible for disassembling dressers with mirrors (which we know isn't the case). This was scheduled as a 2 day pack in a 2800 sq. Foot home and they sent 2 people the first day and maybe got the home 30% done. The next day they were over an hour late. The first crew had 3 people then they sent 2 guys over for lunch. They packed a room, ate the food I brought for the Packers and left. Packers were friendly but we didn't like that they didn't properly label or do our paperwork properly with us.
