On dec 31st 2021 my mother's Volkswagen beetle was overheating, she tried to find some fluid at a few different places. She couldnt find any, anywhere else in town. She stopped here and they were very nice and helped her, put fluid in, and then didnt charge. Shes in town to help my grandma who has been ill, and my mom is not from SD and doesnt know that area at all. It's so nice to find places that are still helpful and caring. Ok, so I can’t claim to be a paying customer but I am temporarily staying in Parkston at the campground. My boys both had flat tires on their bikes so we replaced the tubes and went to find an air station to fill them up. I didn’t see one at either gas station (apparently there is one but I missed it 🤦🏻♀️). So I stopped there to ask if they knew where I could find one. The guy working in the garage just told me to wheel the bikes in and he’d fill them up. As he was doing so, we chatted about how great the town is. When done, I asked what I owed and he refused payment. He said he knew what a bummer it was to have a bike you couldn’t ride. With that kind of attitude, I can only imagine the exceptional service he gives his paying customers. I’d take my vehicle there in a heartbeat if I needed anything done. Good customer service is hard to come by, at least where I’m from, so I want to scream from the mountain tops when I find it. Thank you sir, and I’m sorry I didn’t even ask your name, but you made the day/week for my two little boys! Service: Tires

Use at your own risk, put in radiator charged almost $ 400 and radiator came with only one year warranty, now they won't tell me where the 152 dollar radiator came from - rebuilt or used radiator? If you use them get written estimate! Or you will pay dearly. Well they finally told me where they purchased it and they have a limited lifetime warranty, not the 1 year warranty. Incompetent or dishonest - not sure!

Used once corrected electrical problem and charged fair price, going back for leaf spring/shock replacement. Office manager/ co-owner very friendly and appreciative unlike most business owners in this area. Actually thanked me for my business guess thats one of the reasons why they can expand their truck bays from one to three.
