I had a slow leak tire and was told it could not be repaired. This was over a year ago, today I decided to upgrade the slow leaky tire and replaced it at Walmart. The staff was super friendly, had Sunday morning hours(even on Easter) and I was in and out within an hour.

I went there to get an oil change and get a tire fixed and hat keeps going flat... after waiting for over 2 hours they told me they took the tire off and could not find anything....the next day I walked outside and my tire is flat so I took it off myself and found something in my tire visually ....so they straight lied to my face

I was able to get my tires replaced and found a tea that I can't find anymore. The auto personnel were great. Will be there again

I went there to get an oil change and get a tire fixed and hat keeps going flat... after waiting for over 2 hours they told me they took the tire off and could not find anything....the next day I walked outside and my tire is flat so I took it off myself and found something in my tire visually ....so they straight lied to my face

we stopped here after traveling from florida to ohio when our tire popped and the side wall was damaged, they unfortunately didn’t have our tire size but they were still extremely helpful and put our spare tire on for us!! it was a quick process and they were friendly and informative through the entire thing. definitely recommend them!! Service: Tires

Great service. Had 4 new tires put on 2 different vehicles in one week . Took them 30 min or less on both . I have spent hours at other tire shops in the past .

The young lady at the register was very rude and really seemed to dislike her job. I was told a few different wait times as if they did not want my business. The previous time I went here they did not balance my new tires so I went back and they still didn't get them in balance. C&D Tire in Oak Ridge was able to balance them no problem. I should've known better but figured things would be better as my prior incident was around two years previous to this one.

Very nice experience from start to finish. Cashier (didn't get her name) was very pleasant and helpful. Mechanic George explained everything he did in detail, showed my burned out tail light that he removed and gave me the extra one in the pack that I purchased. He also explained the tire repair . Great experience and reasonable costs.

Avoid taking your car here at all costs. Waited over 2 hours and they couldn't even get my wheels off of my car to change the tires. There was literally 10 customers setting around waiting and they were sitting in the shop on their phones. Took my car to a different shop and all they had to do was use the next size up to get my wheel studs off. Was in and out in 45 minutes. If you can, go to GT Tires instead. Only reason I rated it a 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option.

I came in this morning around 9:30am to get my oil changed, have one of my new tires checked that I purchased at your store, because it was flat setting on the rim yesterday. I aired it up to get to your store so your staff would check it out and tell me what was wrong with the tire. Also had them rotate the tires. Three hours later I ask how much longer? I was told it would be just a few more minutes. Went out to my car - they had checked they vacuumed, did not happen. No sticker in the window to remind when I need to bring car back for next oil change. There was no a word about the tire that went flat yesterday on the invoice. When I ask them did they check the tire, no one could give me answer. So I ask did they even rotate my tires, or do anything else on the check list. No one could give me a answer. I was told they can put the car back in the shop and recheck things, but it will be awhile. By this time I've been there 4 HOURS. I was so up set and hot, because your store is so warm I was ringing wet! I said no just forget it. I Don't understand what I paid $40.00 for??? I leave your store not even knowing what is wrong with one of my new tires and with my blood pressure getting VERY HIGH!!! Need a manager in that department!!!
