Great part of Gibbs. And there is nothing better than the Weigles jalapeño cheddar corndog unless it’s the meatloaf sandwich. Both are great. Love having this convenient and clean location in the heart of Gibbs. Also love the 10 cents of every gallon for club members, helps pull a little of the pain at the pump away. Only recommendation I could make is that staff need to be trained to not have personal conversations among each other when waiting on customers. Always focus on the customer. But overall a great place and addicted to the jalapeño corn dogs

This is the absolute worst Weigel’s in Knoxville. Our family stopped going to this location after several awful experiences with rude employees. We recently started to stop in and give this location another chance but were quickly reminded why we stopped going in the first place. All of the staff is rude. The store manager seems to perpetuate the less than professional behavior and all of the employees seem more concerned with personal conversations and barely acknowledge the customers they are serving. I feel bad for the couple of employees there that actually do their jobs and try to carry the whole team. I have tried to contact Weigel’s corporate office but never received any follow up. We loved this Weigel’s before they did the remodel, it’s a shame to see it go so down hill. Exxon it is from here on out!

Completely my fault but they took care of me. Long story short paid for gas and went outside. I had another person start talking to me about my business and ended up leaving without getting gas. Went back and they took care of me.

For the 15th and final time today, I stopped by to pick up a gallon of milk and the staff were too busy gossiping and conversating with one another to bother with taking care of customers. The last few times I went through check out, I was rang up and the cashier just stood there looking at meas if I'm supposed to know off the top of my head how much money I need to hand her to finish this transaction. There are an Exxon and a Dollar general across the street which will be getting my business from now on. I'd rather spend an extra dollar than to have to deal with rude customer service

Good service . Great deli But you need to start paying attention to or close those side doors by soda fountain, plenty of people running in for so called free refills. I informed them this is the third time I saw that. I hate stealing only makes prices go up for all of us. Pamattentioattenti

Their nightshift is horrible. Rude and just plane mean! Every single one of them at night. Ill be calling corporate cause Im tired of it! I miss the old Weigles!! Where the people had great customer service and were actually nice.
