This has become my go-to Dollar General. Everything is well-organized with no clutter. Staff are always busy stocking when they’re not at the register. Like most DGs, it’s mostly a skeleton crew through the day but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of turnover, which tells me the store is well-managed.

Very clean organized store!! Great friendly helpful staff!! Always quick to help!! Wonderful customer service!!! They have the items I need in stock everytime I'm needing something including certain toys other DG are sold out of!! My new favorite DG!! It's truly the best I've seen in ALL of Dickson tn!!

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because sometimes they close 10/15 mins early or lock the doors early and as much as I know how much associates want to go home after a long shift, consumers rely on stores being true to their listed hours... other than that store is clean and staff is always very friendly and helpful!

Now that they actually have items for ...A DOLLAR... I heard that there are more DGs than McDonald's & Walmart combined! Why? To be convenient, that's why; because, they're certainly not the lowest price in town (or out).

Its a dollar general so dont expect too much as far as employees. Never once have i gone into one that was fully stocked without those giant u boats they use to stock shelves not be in the way. Every other aisle is always blocked. And for some reason there are never anyone at the check out. You have to look around for someone to check you out and then they give you an attitude. Id rather shop anywhere else but here.

Dickson seems to have more Dollar General stores than my hometown does, and over 300,000 people live there, so my hat is off to y'all! Anyway, it's a good place to get those items where quality is not a primary concern, and just think of how many items that applies to! Staff here has been known to be friendly, but I've had some bad luck with that as well.

Nicole was a customer service worker and tried many times to argue with me about a display that was falling on me. I couldn't believe i was being berated by Nicole and it was the stores display that was falling on me. I'll go some place else to spend ?y money. Even if I have to leave Dickson to do it.
