By far the worst pharmacy around. I waited on hold for 25min on the phone. They finally picked up to "look into" why they couldn't find the prescription my NP called in for me HOURS ago. I waited on hold another 10m, then they hung up on me. I called back, waited on hold another 40m and they never picked up. I finally just hung up. They are THE WORST.

Slowest pharmacy in town. They’ll randomly cancel prescriptions, take days to fill, and when you go to pick them up be sure you’ve got an extra 30-60 minutes to sit in line. And bonus: you’ll probably be spoken to rudely! Good times!

The worst possible pharmacy and customer service there is and I’m not kidding, so extremely rude when you are there for help they act like you are a problem to them. I have never seen such rudeness! Does Walgreen Corporation know or allow them to treat customers like this? It’s really sad that no one has looked into this.

I would definitely give this place NO STARS! They gave me the worst time getting my medicine and I still haven't got it. My face is swollen and in PAIN! Never using this wanna be pharmacy again! No one knows what there doing there and they like to talk behind peoples back cause I caught them.

I didn't have enough on my card, so I asked the cashier (Faith) to take something off. Instead she used my rewards. Usually I wouldn't have an issue with this, but today I was using my grandmother's account to help her build points towards her medicine. So I was not very happy that she didn't just remove the item, which was more than $5, like I had asked.

I'd give the Vanderbilt Clinic a 5+... they're amazing! The pharmacy...in two minutes the Hartsville Pike Walgreens resolved a five day old prescription issue we had with this Walgreens. Don’t waste time calling, you’re on terminal hold and then they pick up and hang up. Changing our preferred pharmacy with all our providers now...

i’d just like to say that these people are some of the hardest working individuals i have ever had the pleasure of working with. everyone will post negative things about how they don’t seem to be doing anything right but when you choose to fill your medication at the busiest store in the DISTRICT with the absurd amount of staffing shortages, expect to have lots of delays. they will always take care of you no matter the situation. and always remember, they aren’t the only pharmacy in gallatin, let alone the only walgreens in gallatin! if you don’t like it, find another place to go (:

I live by this Walgreens and go here all the time out of necessity, and there is rarely anyone up front to actually check you out. I could easily walk out with over 100 dollars worth of stuff and no one would do anything about it. The manager/s need to find another job

If I could give zero stars I would! This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart.

I was I could give them zero stars. I walked in looking for something I couldn’t find it so I asked Lisa or Linda If she could help me. She proceeds to not pay me any attention, so I asked her again so she yells at me and tells me she is counting candy. So I was looking for a manager and found another rude employee I think her name was Lisa too . I asked Cora for the corporate office number and she was rude
