I was in there today and self checkout was out of order no cashier in sight had to shout out to get someone because the ones working there was in back of store talking you need to get rid of self checkout and keep a cashier at the register

This store is so nasty the new store manager is so so rude to her employees and the customers my husband and I heard her talk so hateful to her staff I will be calling the corporate office on her. Those people and us customers don't deserve that attitude period I will be shopping at dollar store jacksboro or some where else...😠😠😠😠😠😠

As usual I see way too much stuff in the isles. You aren't even able to get your kart through the isles to grab stuff. I absolutely loath stopping at any Dollar general it's just to crowded with product on pallets...No room to maneuver your kart. Oh wait... The most important thing is' how do you really want your cashier's to put all that away and still do the register and keep the store from looking like a typhoon went through it.'. They are over worked and under paid I'm sure. Obviously the stores need something done about that problem. I would really like to know who is the general manager? Do you go to these stores and check up on things? If you do I can't understand why the problem is not resolved or any better.. Thank you

A slightly cluttered sure but very friendly staff. This particular day they were not allowing payments with debit cards because it was causing the systems to crash. When though a few of the customers weren't exactly happy, the staff managed to keep everyone calm and level headed while dealing with a multitude of abandoned carts.

Very busy. Need more than one cashier. But she was very friendly and the store had what I was looking for. Great store and big.

My favorite store for quick pick up of daily things needed around the house. Employees are always very helpful an very nice.

Good to go in and get out, but this location is not managed well. Needs more time spent in recovery. Maybe it needs more hours and more staff. Other ones I've been in seem to have way more help.

Store is well enough. isles are too close together and what irks me the most is items on shelves are often in disarray and stocking carts clutter the small isle. The store has had a slight renovation, which helps. Not my favorite dollar general to shop in and avoid it if possible.

They don't always have their shelves stocked. Always certain things like dog foods and cat foods too. But everything else is just fine the workers are always so nice and helpful
