I went to the one located in Lawrenceburg tn and Brenda was absolutely wonderful and even though her computer crashed she kept her cool and was very enjoyable to speak with.

When I went in an ask about a loan the lady working there not Brenda! The other lady started paperwork wasn't sure about the loan hadn't offered me anything just started paperwork. When I started asking questions she got short with me I then explained you don't have to get short she acted I'll so I got my id an papper work an left I will not use them again .she didn't want to answer my question

As soon as we arrived, we sat waiting to be helped for a total of MAYBE 2 minutes. The service was very fast and super friendly. The lady that helped us was named Brenda, and she was WONDERFUL! She was prompt, kind, and understanding. She really knew all the information and knew how to do EVERYTHING every step of the way. She got us in and out as fast as possible, answering all our questions, even the stupid ones, and never judged us or had a bad attitude for one second. She gave us all the information before we signed ANYTHING and then again AFTER we signed it, and then AGAIN before we left. She even wrote out a big list of all payment dates and amounts and explained that to us as well and made sure we knew the situation before walking out the door. The other ladys in the office, (unsure of names) were very kind also, to each other and to everyone else in the store. We had a great experience here and will DEFINITELY be returning and referring friends and family! Thank you Titlemax! And Thank you Brenda!

The place is great! In and out no problems. Brenda is amazing!!!! I highly recommend if you need a little extra cash hit them up and ask for Brenda. She’s super cool and explains every detail on the process and how it all works. Definitely will be going back anytime I need a little help

Brenda is Awesome at her job, she is very friendly and helpful. If every place had employees like her then they would get so much more business than what they do. So if you live in Lawrenceburg and ever need help with things go see Brenda she will fix u up and be so nice and courtesy to u while she is helping u out and she will help u with the most she possibly can.

Quite staff.. Brenda treated us greatly. Always had a smile on her face. She is a true customer service person. A great benefit to title max company! If I ever need these type services again I will not hesitate going there.
