The Fit 4 Life Farm is a great place to get in a good workout. Great classes with the best coaches around. The coaches really get to know each one of us and know our strengths and weaknesses. Lourdes and Gus really push us to be the very best versions of ourselves! I am so thankful that I made the decision to join!!!!

I joined Fit4Life Farm officially, three weeks ago! As a "newbie" to group fitness, I joined the Women's Bootcamp class. I was nervous walking in the very first day but I am SOOOO glad I did. The community and friendships here are amazing and Lourdes will believe in you way more than you believe in yourself!! She will encourage you, cheer you on, and push you! Thank you Fit4Life!

For me, there will never be any other gym, trainer, or at home work out that could compare to the benefits I receive at Fit 4 Life Farm. The people there have made a huge impact on my life. I look forward to my workouts. No matter the challenge. They push you to your fullest potential. They lift you up. They encourage you. Motivate you. Everyone is welcoming. Friendly. You feel included. It’s like a family there. You take care of each other. There is no judgement. Being there has helped me emotionally and physically. & I am so blessed to be a part of Fit 4 Life Farm. I tell everyone it is the best decision I ever made. Worked out here for almost 3 years until work caused me and my family to move away. This is an awesome facility, one of the most unique you'll ever train at with many features that you cannot replicate anywhere else. I mean, how many gyms can you go to and do front squats outside with a view of the Appalachian mountains!? The people and the culture are what really makes Crossfit Glorified/Fit 4 Life Farm exceptional. You couldn't ask for a more fun group of people, from all walks of life, who just enjoy getting together and trying to help each other reach their goals. The coaches truly care about each member and you will definitely feel the impact of that commitment once you're there. Do yourself a favor and just go give it a try if you live in the area or are looking for a new community to be a part of and get in better shape while doing it.
