Update: Never underestimate the power of a google review! Mr Simmons called me and explained not only why he hadn't gotten back to me but provided some insurance "superfood" to get me through a situation and helped me more in our 20 minute phone conversation than I was getting elsewhere! Great "not yet customer" customer service! Thank you I sent a message through Mr Simmons' website with my email and phone number and information stating I wanted a quote, heard nothing. Then I sent a direct email to the email address on his website and still received no response and finally called and left a VM and still received no response. I wanted to try and change agents as the agent we've been with for 40 years is not close and the customer service has really gone downhill but I can't even get a call back. Disappointed but I'll keep looking.

I spent weeks and weeks calling multiple insurance agencies looking for a good quote and some knowledge of a good deal for me and my family. I called Derek with a question about refinancing our State Farm Bank mortgage and within minutes he connected me with Matt from Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans (State Farm Bank's new partners). After several other horrendous mortgage/refinance experiences, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the Rocket Mortgage application process was. Almost everything was automated, communication was perfect, and - whenever I had a question, regardless of day or time - I had an answer almost immediately from Derek or our Rocket Mortgage rep. We closed on time (which took place right in our dining room) and now are enjoying a new mortgage at a great rate. Thank you Derek and your whole team!
