I hate having to come here because an older lady up front that is typically there mornings seems like she hates everyone. Other workers are amazing but running into this lady puts a dampener on the rest of my day every time and the overwhelming feeling of dread that she might be there is awful

I haven't had any major problems from this location but I am flabbergasted why a prescription isn't ready when it says it will be. I refilled it before noon, the app said it would be ready at 4. At 10 after 4, I'm asked to wait 5 minutes. So that's how long it really takes to fill a prescription. What is the point of calling it in???? I think I will be finding a new pharmacy.

They are the WORST!!! They do not tell you if they can not fill Rx PLUS anything else! They wanted to charge me $40.00 for something I could get for $18.00. THATS A JUGE DIFFERENCE!!!

My problem would be the wait. Why does it take several hours to count out 30 pills and throw em in a bottle. Not rocket science people.

My wife had fainted while at Walgreens. The staff were very quick to call an ambulance and help her while we waited. A employee who was off, gave me a ride since no taxi or Uber was available. I wish give my deepest gratitude to the store and it's employees. Thank you so much from my wife and myself.

Their system for covid testing is down but apparently they can still send you emails reminding you to go to the test that they can't perform. Told me to drive around town to a different walgreens and said they were giving tests without appointments. Drove all the way over there to see that the other walgreens also DOES require appointments. Liars.

I would suggest that you use another pharmacy. The staff in the pharmacy is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to help people when calling in or visiting in person. There has been several times I have called this location for information regarding getting my medicine filled, when the doctor had sent it in, and inquired about when I need to get the medicines refilled as they have dates they have to be refilled by. Well, the people within the pharmacy are quite rude, seem to have no idea how to use their own systems, and just seem like they do not want to pull up your information at all. I have worked 20 years in customer service, and these people just don't get it. I am sure that this company likes to throw around the word integrity, however if they had any these people would not be in any type of customer service role as the name implies... Customer Service. (Which means, serving the customer.) Their refusal to address the issue has resulted in me moving all of my business away from there and informing any and everyone I know to do the same because bad behavior and refusal to address said behavior should not be rewarded. Wanted to write a review to warn people of their practices. If you want to deal with rude people, attitudes, and just a general attitude of superior this is the place for you. I would suggest CVS or Wal-Mart which are not even a stone throw away from this location. (Wal-Mart is not perfect, however they are not flat out rude to the customers like this staff is.) Such a shame that these retail stores moan the fact that online business takes away their business, yet they treat their customers with disdain and contempt. It's no wonder the online industry is killing these companies.
