Went today….was really impressed! Shop was not busy….I was basically the only person in there. It’s Monday and lunchtime…. Excellent pedicure….great manicure too! Waxing was great as well! The staff was really nice and friendly! I will be back!!!! Services: Waxing, Pedicures

Horrible experience. I was told it would take an hour but it took over an hour and a half. No time to make them re-paint my toes because I was late to get kids. I thoroughly explain to them the amount of time that I had and also told them if they could not do the hombre like in the picture I would rather just have a plain color. They assured me it would be done in one hour and they would look just like the picture. They cut my toe in two places causing them to bleed and the $82 pedicure looked absolutely nothing like the picture I presented them. Worse yet by that evening one of the toenails had half of the shellac already off where they didn’t clean the lotion off that spot. Service: Pedicures

New to this place and no one greeted me when i walked in. The new owner finally noticed me and shooed me away because she was on the phone, I guess with her blue tooth on. I was pointed towards a chair. A man named Jon was doing my pedicure. He did not have much to say to me until after he cut my toe with the clippers. He proceeded to tell me in 10 years he has never cut anyone. I guess that makes me unlucky. I requested a band aid. When Jon went to put it on, he said, "I am not a Dr. you know." I went there for my nails not a Dr. Duh! The male owner came over and looked but came back later and apologized. He cut my toe pretty good and did not even get a discount or anything but sorry. This man does bot know what he is doing and the management does not care. Do NOT go here!!

The service was excellent. They even told me that I can earn points everytime I go there. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to get a pedi there as well. The price to get my nails done was very good too. Service: Manicures

Been there looking for a new place to have service... I'm new in town bc I did my nails in other place she was mad and hurting me I told her be careful that's not correct she told me come back to the place I did my nails .... definitely very bad service... didn't do my nails

We come once a month for pedicures. They have always been friendly and do a good job for us. The place is always clean and tidy. Never had any type of trendy service, just basic work and they fit the bill for us. Service: Pedicures

First time I went was amazing..these past two times were awful. First the lady told me there was no pink powder for acrylic!? And to choose another color so I did..she cut the nails but didnt check to see if they match the opposite finger,(so different lengths) after applying the powder coat she didnt file any of it down or around the cuticle! So they are bumpy,uneven and look thick around the cuticle! Also a nail popped off(tried telling me that's normal) without force 5days after so I went back to have them fix it...they tried telling me only one lady works on nails and I must've gone somewhere else..seriously I had to show the receipt so I could get my nail fixed...very disappointed in customer service and quality.will not be returning. waste of $!
