With only a couple of prominent exceptions, I have liked every Circle K I have visited in the last year. Most of their stores are bright and clean, with broad aisles and logical arrangement of products. The staff at this store were as friendly and accommodating as I have come to expect from Circle K stores. The location – just about 10 miles from Austin - worked really well for us on this trip. Access to the store from the highway was easy and convenient. The convenience store campus is quite large and gave us lots of room to take shelter in the shade during the afternoon heat. My service dog Magic is a hunting dog. “Walking“ him means letting him off-leash and letting him run in a very big space - or hunt in fields like there are on the outskirts of this station, especially on the west side of the station. When I first arrived at the station, earlier this afternoon, I asked to buy a car wash Dash but was disappointed to hear that the car wash was broken. I tease the cashier like I was some entitled city person and lightly slammed my hand on the counter saying “But I want a car wash now“. She totally got the joke and bantered back with something like, “Yeah, there’s lots of things I want.” :-)

Christina is the greatest manager ever she has gone through so much tribulation as far as employees that do not want to stay and actually work which I've seen with my own eyes and then management micromanaging her on their ideas of what should be happening when she has hardly any employees you talk about being stuck in a rock and a hard place this poor lady and I have absolutely no connection to her except be a customer and I also want to call out I call her little red her real name is Tori it's also exceptional customer service these two need to really be commended and the upper management needs to hear the popping sound of their heads coming out of their areas. That's Queens English for the management that's probably never heard of an Oxford dictionary and it's only red or parsley red a Merriam-Webster's dictionary because lack of education, be blessed.

Absolutely the worst. Smells like they mop with sour water. The staff is rude and uncaring even during the winter storm during the pandemic we were displaced from a water pipe and even though I was a regular customer they were rude and unapologetic and it got worse when I asked for a manager. Go to anywhere else but this place! I'm 40 yall, I'm not some mad hater teenager I was spending $120. Weekly sometimes more with gas.. that was just ciggs and extras. Now I'd do without before I ever went back.

I used the men's bathroom 2 days in a row. Never was clean. Urine with toilet paper glued on it on the base of the toilet and floor, sink is dirty, toilet paper on the floor, everything is exactly the same for 2 days! WOW! Past reviews indicates same on going problems. It is clear that the Owner of this establishment does not care about the cleanliness and the health hazard with COVID-19 on the rise of his/her business. Time for me to check out the other place across the street. Don't blame the employees, blame the Leadership because they set this example. UPDATE: The other establishment across the street is much cleaner and bigger! Might be because McDonalds is part of it and it's their bathroom. Convenient store looks good, too. It's my new go to place.🤠

I live right by this store and go to it all the time. I do not like going to the Chevron across the street but if DONNA does not get an attitude adjustment OR go bye bye I will not be going in on her shift and will take my business to chevron... my husband and I spend a ton of money in this store and she is ruining it. Not only for us but for the store itself...

Some of staff is friendly Others are when they want to be. The credit card machine charges your card 1-3 days after your purchase. Something is usually broken(out of order) on the soda Or coffee machines. Some of the employees don't use gloves when preparing the hot meals. Some times the beer tub (and the drink cooler have mold) in the middle of the store leaking water from the ice running to the front of the store. The assistant manager walks away from the counter and will have you waiting until you decide to leave.

Disgusting. From the bathroom to the cash register credit card machine to the front door. No soap in the bathroom and the soap dispenser was just sitting on the counter. Bathroom also smelled like urine that hadn't been cleaned in a month. Counter for the sink had a lot of build up all over it. The place is a pigsty. First time I've ever been in here, and I assure you I will NOT be back unless it's a dire need for gasoline. Management/corporate needs to do an immediate walkthrough and clean shop. After seeing other reviews from OVER A YEAR AGO, and nothing has been done, this is pathetic....

Filthy, disgusting store. I've visited several times, out of convenience ( ironic, I know). Beer reach-in was out of ice and caked with mold, slimy filth. Drink vending area, looks like it's never been cleaned. Front entrance, has years worth of dirt, oil, and nastiness. I don't think the floors have ever been mopped, swept. I purchase headache medicine that I discovered, after taking it was expired by over 1 year. The Circle K in Bastrop is a beaut! 5 stars to them. This one however, leaves a LOT to be desired.

This is easily one of the busiest gas stations in the entire Central Texas area. Located just outside the entrance to the Austin airport, this station sees a lot of business from airport/airline staff, cabbie and rideshare drivers, Del Valle residents, on top of the natural business flowing in from Hwy 71...... It is also currently the only gas station near the airport. This place makes $$$, especially being everything here has a premium madk up for being at the airport. Just some of the highlights of what to expect here.... the bathrooms, gas pumps, car wash, and other services are always broken every other day here... The store is almost always badly understaffed during peak rushes, with cashiers who could give a damn,.and the restrooms are so disgusting (when actually functioning)... I swear they put up out of order signs all the time on the restrooms just so they DON'T have to clean them! All of this tells me the station manager/owner is not wanting to invest in his business unless absolutely necessary. The mentality must be "rake in the cash, screw the customers.... hey they can't go anywhere else short of Riverside anyhow) I have reported this Circle K to the reginal corporate offices for unreliable services essential for a gas station to operate, and for also cleanliness issues. You'd be wise to head up to East Riverside to find a gas station that is not this one.

This is my favorite convenience store. I buy my gas, lotto tickets, bottled water, wine and on Mondays, I get my emergency BBQ rib tips snack as my BBQ spot down the road is closed on Mondays. Also, I can use my debit card to get my lotto tickets. Staff is super friendly.
