Personally I haven't had my taxes done by her, but I have seen them work. They work like a team and get things done. Not one in the years I have known her i never heard of one bad complaint. I have seen people come in to get their taxes done and I have seen them come back repeatedly because they do such a good job and they keep a very good record of who came in legit or not. Melissa and the rest of her team works hard to make sure you get everything that is coming back to you. They are always busy, sometimes there is a wait to be seen but its not too long of a wait. It is worth the wait to be seen and by the very friendly service they do offer. I can go in but this is just my general review of what I have seen and how friendly they really are.
