VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife purchased a product from Diana Vape last Wednesday to give to me last Thursday for my birthday. The product was totally unusable for the purposes I needed. We called immediately called Diana Vape (on my birthday) and spoke with the owner Greg, we explained the problem and asked to return the unopened, untouched item for a refund, Greg told us to call the manufacturer, he said they would handle the refund which made no sense but we did it anyway, and as expected we were told Diana Vape needed to take care of the return. We wound up calling Greg two more times he told us he would need to check up the chain of command and he would call us back, isn't Greg the owner? He didn't call us back, so we called him again, this time he said he was the owner and was absolutely NOT going to return the item, we even offered to pay a restocking fee, his response was still absolutely NO return!! Bottom Line, we will never buy anything from Diana Vape again and would not recommend them to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!!

Love this store. I bought the Yellow Byrna HD from Jesse and I love it. This is the best nonlethal protection I have found. Jesse did a great job showing me everything I needed to know about the nonlethal gun. I highly recommend anyone that is wanting a nonlethal way of protecting them selves to go see Jesse.

I've been going to Diana Vape & More for 5 years now. The owners are the best! They are always very welcoming when you walk through the door or if you pull up to the drive thru window. They are knowledgeable and helpful with anything you may need. They are always happy to see us, but my favorite employee there is Dudley! Dudley greets me with a smile and makes my visits all the better!! The best vape shop around!!

I am from Austin and grew up in Avinger, TX. I'm here in East Texas working from my parent's house as I still cannot have my plumbing fixed after the snowpocalypse. I looked up local places for vapes and there were several listed. I chose this place because not only did it say 'Veteran Owned' but also 'LGBT Friendly.' It was worth the extra mileage. Jeremy was super cool and knowledgeable. He hooked me up with a new juice I haven't ever had. There's a big selection in Austin. I've not been paired more correctly with a flavor. Kudos to this place, their employees, and their owners! And whomever you are as an owner, thanks for your service.

I seriously drive OUT OF MY WAY just to buy from this store! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and just overall really great people. They always have what I need and on the off-chance they don’t, they’ll order it for you and have it in store in just a few days :) There are vape stores much closer to home and nearer to places I frequent that just don’t add up to the experience you get from going to this store :)
